Shakiera has healing hands. I never liked massages but I am a gym girlie and I lift heavyweights. I was experiencing extreme pain in my lower back. I had no idea I had so many knots and kinks to work out. I must put this into my self care regiment. Book with her. You won’t regret it !!

One of the best massage experiences I have had in my life! I’ve been dealing with a nerve issue in both my forearms that would require surgery. Run don't walk to the 124 wellness studio! I received a sports massage and stretch, it was the best and definitely what I needed. My body felt better than ever. I will visit monthly,it's soooooo worth it!

I was very tense with knots and didn’t have a facial in about a year so I got the superwoman pkg and glad it did. The service was great and I felt like I was massaged by a close friend with professional training; very warm comfortable and professional. My massage and facial nearly put me to sleep. Both aesthetian and masseuse got a lifetime customer after my first visit. I highly recommend everyone go and get pampered! Both men and women!

I really needed a refresh before the holiday and Nefertiti and Shakiera really went above and beyond. I feel like I have a new back, shoulders, and face! Definitely get the Love Thyself package. And I can’t forget to mention how great they are as people. So lovely to talk to them both, and plenty of laughs this afternoon. The atmosphere was lovely... Was offered snacks and water... The massage was amazing... The therapist was very attentive and paid attention to my tight muscles... Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing massage. I got the deep tissue massage and she got to work on knots I didn’t even know I had. Very skilled masseuse, definitely knows what she’s doing and can give you advice on how to care for your muscles beyond the massage as well. Wonderful service, very friendly and personable. I will absolutely be back again.
