I have the bed very hot on heat that will burn you. They were very rude and I'm kind. The pressure was very windy and they didn't care

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!! I visited this establishment today a little before 3pm. My masseuse was VERY heavy handed and actually didn’t even use her hands for most of the massage, she used her ELBOWS! I am small but I have had plenty of massages and this by far was the most painful! My bones felt like they were going to SNAP! I nicely told her it was too hard FOUR TIMES she said okay and lightened her pressure for about 10 seconds then went back to crushing my bones. My massage was cut a few minutes short but I was ready to leave anyways. I went to pay and did not intend to tip due to the fact that I was very dissatisfied. I paid my service fee and my masseuse asked that I give her a tip… although she did not deserve a tip in my opinion I decided to give an additional $3. She then demanded I give her a $10 tip. I explained that I was not going to do that and then she tried to haggle me to $5 and I simply will not do that so I told her $3 was enough and she sighed so I walked out. It is not about the money at all, I do not mind tipping but the service was very painful even after I was VOCAL about the pain FOUR times! I am disappointed and in much more pain than when I walked in!

Paid for 1 hour massage after getting undressed I waited 10 minutes the woman came in asked me to wait 10 more minutes, then she came back said 5 minutes,t hen she came back that she had to wait for customer to settle up payment Finally 40 minutes later she came in and started massage, at 40 minutes she said finished. I paid for 60, waited for 40 and only got 40 minutes of a lousy massage Stay away

Came here today with my wife for a massage! The shoulders and cervical spine get a whole new relaxation! Deep massage is very comfortable! Recommend everyone to come here! Very clean environment and good service

This place is very unprofessional. The lady yanked my arm so hard that I was in pain. She didn't understand anything. We communicated by speaking on her phone. I had to stop the massage. It was the worst experience in my entire life of getting a massage. The bathroom was dirty. Just unbelievable. My lesson from this is to go where the massage therapist is licensed and know what they're doing.

After I told them they weren't being effective by just rubbing my back and needed to apply more pressure, and then I told them you're supposed to massage my neck and shoulders while I lay on my back, and then they charged me extra $2 without telling me, and then they "TOLD" me to give a "TEN DOLLAR TIP!!!", I'll give them a 2 only for the effort. I was still gonna give them 2⭐ until they started fussing when I refused to give a tip cause the massage wasn't good enough. They could've at least asked why and said next time we will do better or something cause I was still gonna give them another chance. But no no no never again! They were extremely rude and I was still nice to them but very disappointed. I just hope they get it together because I'm new to the neighborhood and they are the closest massage place to my house.

They will ask you for more, more, tips it realy really not comfortable i just leave them with frustation. The old ladies at the front she's not welcome. If you read this review (owner) stop asking for more tips because that no good for your bussines, people will know that. you can ask tips and take your tips but never ask for more tips. hope this change direction for your bussines, and i can edit this review if posible. Thnk you.

One word. TERRIBLE!!!. Asked for a half hour ($50). She didn't even massage. All she did was rub my back with her finger tips for exactly 25mins. Then she said "finished", and walked out of the room. All I had was a $20 bill and I was kind enough to leave it. She chased me out the door upset that I didn't tip more. Unreal, save your money.
