Fantastic full body massage! Such a convenient location as well. I enjoyed the private room and the music. I requested that masseuse focus on a pecific area of my back where I’ve had pain, and she targeted that area, working to release all my upper body tension. She added hot stones for free! This is the best massage ever!

Our visit today was by and large the worst customer service interaction I've ever had. I was treating my girlfriend and myself to a massage earlier. We arrived only to find out there was only one masseuse, so I told my girlfriend to go ahead and take the massage and I would pass. She was led into the private room and I was planning to sit in the lobby on their couch and wait for 30 minutes, the massage my girlfriend decided to get. The masseuse came out of the private room and demanded cash only, BEFORE the massage, and wasn't willing to accept my card for payment. When paying her, I was going to tip $10. $10 for a $40 30minute massage, that's 25%. But the masseuse stated tips HAD to be $20 and wouldn't accept $10. She then told me I couldn't wait in the lobby as it wasn't good for other customers that may come in during my girlfriend's massage and that I HAD to either stay in the room with them, or sit in my own private room while I waited for them. By this point, I was beyond frustrated and to avoid argument with the masseuse, I sat in their room. With sweatclothes on. While the heater was going. ENTIRELY uncomfortable. And to top it off, I decided to time the massage. The whole duration was exactly 28minutes and 27seconds. Half of that time, my girlfriend described as just having oil lathered on her skin. She vocally had to ask for pressure to be applied during that massage. Long story short, I'd very much like for the owner to reach out for an apology. The experience was wholly unsatisfying and to be honest, made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I came in. Your experience may be different from mine, but I can sincerely say that I didn't appreciate the way we were handled and we certainly will not be returning.

Best massage experience I have had so far. Good environment, nice staff, and professional treatment. Definitely will go and relax there again!
