Alexander Rosan Massage and Bodywork

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like I needed to. I came in to this session with lower back pain and shoulder pain. Alex took his time to understand what I was experiencing so that he could be sure to focus in on the areas of concern. He is super knowledgeable about the body and really helped ensure I was working out and stretching in ways that were right for my body. After many years of getting massages regularly, I can say with certainty that this was one of, if not the best, massage I’ve ever had.

I've been seeing Alexander for a session every couple of months for a while now, and he is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with! He is extremely accommodating, and super in tune with my needs as a patient. He is great at creating space for you to heal. If you want to, or need to take care of yourself, and are in need of a recommendation for an expert, look no further. He is a little more expensive than most massage therapist, but 1000% worth it.

Where to begin about my experiences with Alex? It is very calming to be in his space and presence. My nervous system was immediately relaxed upon entering and greeting him, every time. His level of intuition is one that I have never experienced before. It was very rare that I ever had to guide him to areas that needed attention - he just knew. All in all, Alex helped me with lasting changes through his bodywork and recommendations for yogic practices and stretches and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of body work.

I had an amazing session with Alexander; I’ve been getting serious bodywork done for over a decade after an injury, and he is one of the better practitioners I’ve ever worked with. I’m a musician and was coming through town to play a show, and was able to book last minute with him and am SO glad I did; he really delivered on offering some relief. He’s knowledgeable, perceptive, thorough, kind, and professional. Highly recommend and will be looking him up next time I’m in town. Thank you, Alexander!

I have had hundreds of massages over the years, some for relaxation and some for specific injuries. I set an appointment for specific issues which were expertly addressed and I also left feeling very relaxed. Alex listens well and applies his expansive knowledge and skills to address the very issues. I am looking forward to my next visit. I am a health care professional with my own business and I could not speak more highly of my experience.

Alex gave an incredible massage when I needed it the most. He provided an incredibly peaceful environment and his use of different techniques made for a wonderful experience. I came in with a tweaked knee and left with it already feeling better. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of a great massage!
