My friends and I booked a 45 minute session and had the room to ourselves. We opted for yoga mats instead of chairs. It was so nice to do some breath work and yoga together. We also spent time playing in the salt and sharing laughter. What a nice way to relax and connect with each other. It's very peaceful and welcoming the moment you enter the establishment. The staff was very kind and helpful, and we will definitely be back very soon. ❤️ 10/10 highly recommend

Very welcoming environment, and very knowledgeable! I received a massage and Reiki from Erika. This was only my second massage ever. She made a connection with me, and allowed me to feel safe. The massage itself was amazing. She worked knott's out I would have never known existed! I also enjoyed the energy work. Very, very, VERY great service!

I completely enjoyed the experience. Erica was knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. The variety of massage was unmatched by anywhere I have been in the past by one person. She spent the time necessary to give me relieve from a recent accident. The space was quaint and comfortable.
