Lesson learned to confirm what you booked online is what you’re getting. I booked online 2 weeks prior for a foot massage and 1 hr deep tissue. Online it shows a reduced price for “first time”customers. My appointment was moved twice from 11:45 to 11:15 then to 12pm. Odd but no big deal. When I arrived, I was escorted to a room and began a foot ion cleanse. I believed this was a part of the foot message and went along with it. After, I was escorted to get a massage and Jen did a good job. No issues there. Jen was the reason for the 3 stars. During payment I noticed it was more expensive than the quote online. It appeared they don’t honor the “first time” client and charged and full amount. Again, not a big deal. I would have still booked to give it a chance. The odd part was that the business had somehow switch my foot message to an Ion cleanse. I kept the original email and asked why this had been done. I was told an Ion cleanse IS a foot message and I received the correct service I can’t imagine that is true. Very odd experience. I don’t recommend the Ion foot cleanse. I do recommend confirming That the service you choose is the service you’re given. Also, confirm the price before hand and at the counter. What a weird experience ……

I've been here twice and the first time was okay but the second experience was not up to par. I pay for 90 minute couples massage and a foot detox but When I arrived I was told that they switched it to the sauna which I got over but they took over ten minutes late to grab us for our massages and we didn't even get the full 90 minutes I paid for. The massage for me was painful and for my husband was no pressure at all. Would I recommend to others? probably not.

Beautiful new massage spa! Loved the sauna after my massage. Jen is so talented and a wonderful massage therapist. So relaxed right now! ♥️

I brought my mom and grandmother here and they absolutely loved their experience. They said the sauna was so nice and hot, great to relax your muscles before the massage, and the staff here including the massage therapists and the front desk staff were all so very nice and kind. They were so accommodating to our needs and made sure we felt comfortable. They really went above and beyond to take care of us. I will be recommending this place to anyone around me that is looking for a wonderful massage experience.

I bought a Groupon for 3 massage sessions. The first appointment I had to make 3 weeks out, and it got canceled the day of! Made another appointment 2 weeks out. When I went in, I got a 25 minute infrared sauna session and surprisingly a full 60 minute massage (of course, I looked at the clock before she came in and after she left just to confirm). Massage was decent, and the pressure was okay. Masseuse did not hit my knots and didn't work on the tensions of my back and shoulders, even though I instructed her to work on it verbally and in the sheet. 2 more sessions with them, but afterward, I will not be returning. P.S. They will charge you TAXES on a Groupon you bought. The total was $10 for taxes. What?!
