It was super easy to book our session. My husband and I wanted to do a couples float session. When we initially called it went to voicemail and let’s be honest, I’m not leaving a voicemail, however, someone texted back pretty quickly and answered all our questions and helped us get booked! Now on the day of our session we went to the correct office and no one was there. We waited for about 10-15 minutes and still no one was there. I went across the street to the main building to find someone because I thought maybe they were over there. The first person I encountered offered to help me out right away even though she was on her way out the door. She texted someone and then went and got someone else. Idk if the other person was a manager or what, but she seemed awfully confused on why no one was across the street. She said she needed to reach out to the tech because this has never happened before. Turns out the girl completely forgot and was going to leave her house immediately. The lady apologized and said she would give us some extra time. The tech got there about 10-15 minutes later and set up really quickly. We had a minor hiccup, but it turned out to be such a great experience. We’re all human and we all forget stuff, but the customer service we received was really outstanding and made everything so much better! My husband and I really enjoyed the time together and will definitely be going back again!

Being under a significant amount of stress lately, my friends told me about the hyperbolic float offered at Remedy Me Spa, LLC. I'm so thankful they did! I was very relaxed and had no arthritic pain at the end of my session. The staff was friendly and helpful as this was my very first appointment....which by the way... WILL NOT be my last! I definitely recommend this service if you are looking to relax and relieve joint pain! -Kesha

I had my first float therapy at Remedy Me Spa today. What an amazing experience! Just the self care this doula needed to relax. As I was floating and before I really zoned out, I thought about how unbelievably awesome this would be for expecting mommas. Then it got me thinking about how this must be what it’s like for babies floating all around the womb. I was floating all around, but in a float pod Highly recommend!!

It was so peaceful. The therapist, Courtney, really knew what she was doing. I really enjoyed my massage!

I took a chance and prepaid for a few sessions in advance with James. Upon my arrival he welcomed me at the front door. He looked over the forms I filled out regarding my needs, and went over them with me. He then explained what he would do that would benefit me the most. He took his time in explaining everything and he listened to what my needs were. My session exceeded my expectations! James is professional, personable and knowledgeable. He loves what he does, and has his client's best interest at heart. I felt like a totally new person walking out of my session, and I can't wait to go back.
