Terrible. Asked me to cut my hour massage to 30 min, 10min into my massage because of low staffing and other customers needing attention. I said if I could receive some of my money back I wouldn’t mind, she said no but insisted I still give a $20 dollar tip. I said I’ll just leave then. She then said I could go ahead and get my hour as she looked clearly annoyed and bothered. I ended up letting her do the massage only for her to still cut my hour short by 20 min. Never will go back.

Absolutely the worst massage spa I’ve been to. I wanted an hour massage and she told me I could only get a 30 min massage. After the horrible 30min massage. She followed me repeatedly asking for a tip. 0/10 would not recommend. NEVER going back

Very friendly staff. Excellent massage with a great ending. Only negative I had was that they want to dictate how much you tip. That should be left up to the individual.

I’m a disabled veteran. Part of my rehabilitation, on top of chiropractic care and shock wave therapy, is massage therapy. It’s often difficult to get the proper amount of appointments through the VA so I have to pay out of pocket for my own massage therapy at times. I’ve been to a couple different places in the Oxford area, many are good, but I feel that Moon spa addresses a lot of my trouble areas with a mix of medium to deep tissue. It took a few visits but the staff has worked wonderfully with me and has come to know where I need extra attention such as my lower back and left knee. I also had right forearm surgery and they’ve been successful in aiding me to relieve some of the scar tissue in my arm. The only drawback is this place is usually short staffed and often they only have time for 30 minutes to maybe and hour but, in my case, this isn’t the only place I receive therapy so it works well for me.

Best massage I’ve had in years!

Always a wonderful experience. I have fibromayalgia and every massage I've gotten is thorough and relieves my symptoms for a long time. Very reasonable prices and relaxing environment. Give them a visit and be sure to tip your massage therapist! They deserve it!

I have chronic fibromyalgia and I made an appointment on last week with Shlly and she's very professional and she takes notice to every knot while doing my deep tissue massages. The hot stone massages are very rejuvenating as well. Today was my 5th visit. Moon Spa & Massage prices are very reasonable and the environment is clean, quiet and very relaxing. My massage is never rushed and she shows complete professionalism from the beginning till the end.

The massage therapist promised me a deep tissue massage but provided a very light massage for only 45 minutes. She then demanded a $20 tip. I won't be back.
