Matrix Spa & Massage

This has been our second visit here! We travel all the way here from Idaho, and never ever regret! Here is a summary of my review: The fascial was amazing. The girls did an amazing job with the face scrubs etc. the location is clean, and the amenities are amazing. It is super relaxing and everyone is so friendly and professional. Side note: Make sure to drink some of the Chlorophyll water to help hydrate you and detoxify you!

After a week of hiking the Mighty 5 National Parks in Utah with my daughter, a day at the spa turned out to be a great idea! We chose the Mother/Daughter package -- and they offer lots of other great packages too. We started with super-relaxing massages, then headed for facials which left us glowing, and finished with steam room, cold plunge and finally infrared sauna. It was a great experience and I was super pleased with the way everyone treated us at the spa knowing we wouldn't be regular customers. I will certainly book again when I go back to Utah!

My first prenatal massage was a dream. I was comfortable and able to relax for a whole hour. Jacqui took great care of me. I will be back!

Had my very first facial with Angela, she was so kind and professional. She took the time to look at my skin properly and explain how to properly care for it. The experience was relaxing, my skin felt so good after. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had a 90 minute Swedish massage today with Rachel. It was incredible!! She is so sweet and caring. She gave me the best massage I have had since living in Napa back in the late 90s. I gave up for several years because everywhere I went had gross perfume smells that gave me migraines. Not Matrix. The oils are unscented and the room was so beautiful and relaxing. I was so tense and this massage was exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to go back. It was so good that I already scheduled for next Saturday. This is my new favorite place ❤️

Every time I come here, I've been able to unwind and destress. Julietta is amazing, personable, and extremely accommodating. You can tell that she's put her all into this peaceful escape. I moved to Utah in December from Northern Virginia/DC and it's been super hard to find spas that are anywhere near the caliber I was used to and I'd say that Matrix is top-notch in the SLC area. Before your massage be sure to destress and loosen up those tense muscles in the infrared sauna. On other days, try out the steam sauna, cold plunge pool, massage chairs, meditation room, etc. I've tried nearly every service, and I keep returning. Come give it a try!! This spa snob gives it 2 thumbs up!

i had an amazing facial experience! angela was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question i had. the entire session was so relaxing—exactly what I needed. my skin feels rejuvenated, and i left feeling refreshed. i highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who not only delivers great results but also makes the entire process enjoyable and informative! i can’t wait for my next facial!

Matrix Spa and Massage gave my fiancé and I an exceptional experience. We work long days on our feet, and their massages were relaxing and helped us understand more about our physical issues. We also enjoyed their dry sauna, cold plunge, and steam room, all seemingly brand new! The staff were informative, and accommodating and I love how the place is decorated.
