Agreed with another viewer, very pushy, very demanding on tip, I asked for 1 hr and only got 35 min and she wouldn't refund money for half hr difference. Very rude in fact, I wanted tontalk to her supervisor and she said wasn't available. Very trashy low class feel afterwords of not being able to go for a relax massage and had to deal with this establishment. She had bad temper and did not give an apology. Please do not use this place I am helping you put already, very disrespectful lady.

The absolute best massage I have ever had. One hour of complete heaven. I am a photographer and had a busy week of shoots and she was able to get every knot out of my back and alleviate any pain in my shoulder. I will be going back for sure.

Made appointment for a couple’s massage and when we arrived the woman told us: sorry we’re too busy. The other therapist that was supposed to be there was running late and they wanted us to come back again in 2 hours. Needless to say urBeats completely unprofessional and we will not be going back again.
