Zen Massage - Henderson, NV

This was a wonderful experience. My masseuse was Ciara, and she took great care of me. She is an expert and Provided an incredible relaxing Swedish massage. I recommend if anyone is thinking about trying out this location on Stephanie street, book with Ciara and you will NOT be disappointed. 10 out 10 best massage I have ever had.

I hate to leave a negative review but I feel that it is my duty to give my honest review based on my personal experience. I gave this place a one star because the establishment itself is very tidy and clean. The receptionist Jennifer was also very kind and sweet. Now on to the massage itself….it advertises 60 min massage for $59. The gift card I received was for a 60 min massage for $59. I went back with Millie at 11:57. That gave me time to undress and take my jewelry off. Approximately 12:05 was when she began the massage. The pressure was literally nonexistent at first. I asked her to give me more pressure. She did at first then she went back to lightly massaging me. I told her from the beginning that my neck and shoulders needed work as they were tight and sore. I’m very petite and in the past massage therapist are hesitant to put pressure. This appeared to be the case with this therapist. The massage went on with hardly any pressure. She stopped the message at 12:50 exactly. I was surprised as I thought the massage was 1 hour. There was so much oil on my body. She did not even leave a towel for me to wipe myself off. I proceeded to go to the bathroom so I can wipe myself down. Luckily they had wash cloths. I left this place not relaxed but very upset. This was not worth my drive or my time. I would never come here again. I’m sure the other therapists are great. I just got very unlucky. I do want to thank Jennifer for checking me in and being so kind as I told her about my experience which she had apologized.

I Love this Massage place so damn much,I highly recommend Zen Message,there's no other massage places out there like Zen. No membership,no contracts,no daily,weekly,monthly or yearly payment. You're in charge of your own schedule and whenever you want to come and make your own appointments. I also want to recommend my girl Tessa,she is an incredible professional massager ever,I mean hell she's that incredible that if I was famous I would hire her as my own permanent massager. [Yeah that's how damn incredible,she is to me.]

I came in for a certain massage and the massage therapist was super pleasant. She did my shoulders wonderfully! I can't say she did great anywhere else though. I told her where my problem area was and the massage there was mediocre. There was barely any pressure applied anywhere else besides my shoulders. I don't think it was worth the trip or the tip. I could of had my husband give me that kind of massage for free.

My husband and I did a couples massage here for our anniversary and it was wonderful! I called two days before to book and make sure they could take both of us and the lady I spoke to was helpful and they were able to accommodate us. As soon as I got off the phone they sent my appointment confirmation via text and email along with the paperwork that needed to be filled out prior to our session. The gentleman checking us in was also very kind. The lobby, our room, and bathrooms were nice and clean. My masseuse, Yesenia was great and made me feel very comfortable. I told her where my areas of concern were and she tackled each area nicely. I definitely would have liked a little more pressure but she is pregnant and I didn't expect her to exert herself at all. I was still happy with my session and I don't doubt that she could have applied more pressure if she wasn't pregnant. I was so relaxed I was drifting off towards the end of our session and my body felt amazing afterwards. My husband and I will definitely be coming back again. I would definitely recommend!

Very relaxing massage. But be prepared to leave slicker than a grease pig at the county fair.

I had Ciara and she was awesome. I'm pushing 50 and being a retired military man my body feel more worn down than my age. After the session I felt great. I ll be a regular as long she's there

Had a really great massage here that took away all the pain I was experiencing from a hiking trip. The person I had really knew her stuff and even made recommendations for how I can alleviate future pain. The owner of this place is extremely kind and cares very much that each client has a great experience. Can't wait to come back!
