Awesome experience, the staff was courteous and made sure to ask me for specifics concerning my massage, having had 2 back surgery’s in the last 3 years my massage tech focused in on those areas and made sure to continually check on the pressure applied. 5 star service!

The Big Easy Health Spa Is about 20 min from downtown New Orleans. I stopped by on my way to the airport (this was my second time). Awesome massage, it couldn't feel any better, beautiful and clean location. They do also fire cupping massage (the only spa I know that does this in that area). My therapist was Cindy, but I'm sure everyone is great.

Visited for a couples massage with hot stones and have also treated a friend to this place. This is a small local establishment with very kind employees. Overall, the massage was a good value for the price. I would have appreciated the option to customize my massage by choosing the pressure level and focus areas or highlighting potential back conditions ahead of time - as is done at other professional spas. So if you have special requests, I'd recommend making those prior to the massage. This business appeared understaffed because the masseuse answered two calls during our couples massage, which kind of threw off the relaxing vibe. 4 stars because of the kind and warm employees, ease of booking, and clean massage environment. However the business could be improved by allowing customization ahead of time and not answering calls during the massage.

My fiance scheduled me a solo deep dissue massage. When I arrived the lady at the front desk, with an attitude, said "couples massage right?". After explaining for a minute she proceeded to tell me there was no booked massage, that I could pay with cash or go.

We’ve had a 90 min couples massage, hot , stones , fire cupping, sugar based foot massage , it felt great and was the best thing we did for our anniversary .. this place is awesome. We recommend .
