I came into 406 massage on a Saturday for a prenatal massage and it was an amazing experience! My body has been in a lot of pain from the stresses of pregnancy, especially my hips, and I felt so much relief. Such a relaxing massage! I would recommend 406 massage to anyone looking for a relaxing experience—and especially if you are looking for a prenatal massage!

Edit: New location is inside the "Studio Z" business suite behind Mankind Barber in the low roofed building section to the right of H&R Block if you're looking from the road. Still the best in town! Original: Great atmosphere and fantastic massage therapy. Alishia was fantastic! She was able to apply the amount of pressure I needed to the ropes in my back and got me to the point where I can stand up straight and turn my head without pain! My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers.

406 Massage is amazing! When times got tough for me with work and my husband being in an accident, it all had caused me to cancel on them 3 times! But they still reached out and helped me reschedule a day and time that better fit my needs. The staff was so kind and understanding to my situation. I will definitely be going back.

I came in on a Thursday for a 90 minute massage and the therapist was awesome. Her technique was very relaxing and she was able to get into my tighter areas and helped release the tension. Highly recommend!

Alishia and Maya are amazing massage therapists who take so much pride in their work. Both can make grown men cry with their raw strength, but show sincere personal interest in each individual. Any negative reviews seem to be directed toward a policy they have to abide by, a policy each person should be familiar with before booking. Definitely the number one place to go for a therapeutic massage in Bozeman.
