Swan Spa

I had been to Swan Spa in Las Cruces twice before and didn’t have any issues. I had a message there for a 3rd time and I let them know I wanted 90 minutes. The lady asked me if I wanted the scrub, so I said okay. Prices in the long day 90 minutes for $90. The scrub is $20.. The lady assisting me had to go out twice during my massage to greet customers which is understandable. Then to remove the scrub they take you to a shower that is back in their break area.. when the lady was done with the message and I still had 20 minutes. I let it go and didn’t say anything.. I was charged $135! $90 and $20 doesn’t equal $135. I was annoyed that they act like nothing when they tell you the price and then they can’t explain why it’s more. But they understood when I only left a $5 tip. I almost didn’t leave one.

Excellent!! Amazing!! Absolutely the best massage I've had in a long time. Lily is so good! I will be a regular here for sure.

This place is AMAZING! I called short notice to see if they had any openings, they got me in right away for a 90 minute massage. When I walked in I could barely walk, Sciatica pain. Holly did such a fantastic job! She has magical hands and technique. I walked out of there with no pain and could walk again with no pain. I will be back for sure and would highly recommend Swan Spa! I’ve been to many massage places here in town and none that can come close to what she did. Thank you Holly and Swan Spa for an excellent massage! I will be back again this week.

Good experience. First time coming in. I was having back pain and decided to stop by. Got a deep massage with hot stones. Felt good and relieved pain. A little hard to communicate with staff but we tried w translate and seeing prices on wall. It best to set an appointment. Drink water before. And take 30 to 45 mins to complete session. Use restroom before too.

Went for a couple's massage and we were very happy with the service. They are friendly and professional, but the pricing is also very reasonable. Opted for the hot-stone treatment (add-on) and glad we did. Overall, our experience was great and we will definitely be back.

First time, thought I would check out a place I have not tried. Was led into a room where another customer was getting a massage. I backed out and apologized but was told “it’s okay, another woman”. I figured perhaps I was being a prude and just undressed in front of two therapists and another customer (who had her face down in the table, thank goodness). My massage therapist was very sweet to me but made to sure to let me know it was awkward working there “being the only white person”, and that she caught a coworker not using clean sheets between customers. During my massage she was mentored to use a certain technique on me from the other therapist in the room. She snapped at her immediately stating “I’ll do this my way, leave me alone”. Honestly I don’t like to leave negative reviews on small private business but I have to say that I left this spa feeling more anxious than what I came. I won’t be returning, even if it were FREE. Sorry, Swan Spa. Also, I have no financial gain in this statement nor do I work in the self-care/Spa industry.

I had such a great massage. The salt bag she Put on my back to help loosen it up as she worked on my legs, after she was finished with my legs, she took the bags off as used hot stones to help loosen up muscles in my shoulder and neck and my lower back from her in two different surgeries. It’s one of the best massages I’ve had in years and help me Relax and feel comfortable again. The place was clean. The staff was friendly, polite, and very professional. I give it a two thumbs up and I will return many times because of the great service I received. Thank you Swan Spa for a great job. I am writing a second review on Swan Spa, I’ve been back several more times, I love it there. The ladies are always so awesome friendly they do a fantastic job. They always could fit me in. I’ve had several back problems and shoulder problems and they know how to work those areas between the hot stone with the sea salt bags the body scrub. I feel amazing every time I leave there. From Holly, Dolly and Becky, they do such a wonderful job. You can’t leave there, but only be happy relaxed and feel so good! That’s one of the best places I’ve been in Las Cruces and I will continue to go back because they offer so many great services. Like I said, the ladies are all friendly they want. make sure that you enjoy yourself. You’re happy when you leave. Go support a good local business like this. Thank you again.

I'm 8 months pregnant and recently moved to the city, so you can imagine how painful my back was. My husband called the spa the morning and they found us an appointment on the same day. I can not say anything besides that it was amazing. She suggested a hot stone massage. It hit the spot Highly recommended
