I have been seeing Sophia for deep tissue massage for almost 2 years now. I play a lot of competitive Pickleball and I lift weights 3 to 4 times a week. I am generally sore most days of the week and Sophia is excellent at pinpointing muscle stress, tension, and injury. Sophia is the best deep tissue provider I’ve ever had throughout all my travels and hotel spa experiences around the country. .
