The Remedy Room is an amazing place to have here in Glenwood. They are always prompt and friendly. Ashtah is THE BEST - she truly has hands of magic. I walk out of there feeling like a brand woman both physically and mentally. Would recommend Remedy Room to anyone!

Never disappointed with my visits to Ashta. I workout out quite a bit and tend to carry a lot of stress in my body and does great getting deep pressure where I need it most like my shoulders and legs.

My Girlfriend and I have been wanting massages for a long time. We are very happy we chose here. It was peaceful quiet and relaxing. One of the best massages I've had in my life and hers. She says hit spots that she didn't even know would feel great! Most noises we've heard from eachother! We only got 60 minutes which goes by fast. So we will deff be back and staying longer! I love this spa! My daughter and I make the time for the I fated sauna a couple of times a month and massages as well. We all deserve time for self-care and these ladies are extraordinaire! They are caring. professional and comfortable to relax and unwind with.

I’ve just had my first massage with Rebecca and it was amazing! From the moment I walked into the room, I felt relaxed and welcomed! She had a faux fireplace going and the room was nice and warm. It was dimly lit and smelled wonderful with all of the oils! I’ve had five back surgeries and a multitude of other medical issues and she was able to work out the tension and soreness. The pressure was just right. She didn’t talk unless I talked to her, so I even fell asleep! That’s how relaximg it was! ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ I can’t wait for my next appointment!

GO! The infared Sauna is Amazing, buy a Package you won't regret it, Easy to set up appointments, the ladies are great! Can't wait to get a massage and body wrap, and Glenwood Nutrition is right there so grab a drink to cool off after.
