Cloud 9 Massage & Spa

I have been going to Cloud 9 for about a year and it was actually where I got my first massage and became addicted!! I have done both full body and a Healing Touch massage. Tammy ALWAYS has done a phenomenal job releasing the stress I carry between my shoulder blades. She is so sweet and friendly, it feels like you're visiting a friend for a massage! I had my healing touch massage with Lacey, was a total skeptic before I went in but thought I would give it a try. It was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. Most definitely the most relaxed I have ever been. I left the appointment feeling like a completely different person. I would recommend Cloud 9and everyone and the fact that is in Ely is an added bonus!

I had a great first experience at Cloud 9. I had a 45 minute Ashiatsu massage with Tammy. I had never had that kind of massage before, but she explained everything really well and she eased me in to the deeper pressure, always making sure I was comfortable. This spa has great ambiance, and I loved the complimentary glass of wine and massage chairs in the relaxation room. It was hands down one of the best massages I've ever had, and I walked out of there feeling totally relaxed and with NO tension in my neck/back. I can't wait to come back and get another Ashiatsu and maybe try out the float pod!

Tammy is by far the best! She truly cares about her clients, and makes sure they are comfortable in every way possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for a massage, you are definitely on Cloud 9 when you come to get pampered!

I love getting massages here! There is a lovely relaxation room you get to wait in until your appointment and use a massage chair. Tammy gives AMAZING massages with great pressure (if you choose) and really focuses on any "trouble zones" that you have. She's amazing and runs a great establishment

I had the absolute best experience today at cloud 9. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was all about letting the outside world be outside! The quiet room was a great way to get relaxed before my actual massage..Tammy was amazing. Literally the best massage I have ever had. I drove an hour to get there and it was totally worth it..I can not wait for my next appointment!

I treated my friend and I to a spa afternoon at Cloud 9 to celebrate her birthday and we could not have been happier! Starting with the relaxing chair massages and a big glass of wine, we moved on to mud wraps and salt scrubs. Tammy put me at ease immediately and both treatments were so comforting and felt great! We finished our visit with hour long massages. I decided to try the Ashi massage and it was amazing! I've been getting massages for many years and never have I gotten the relief and long lasting effects as I did with Tammy's Ashi massage. Highly recommend and I look forward to coming back to Cloud 9 again and again!

I've been a loyal Cloud 9 client going on three years now. Tammy and her staff are excellent at what they do, providing the best massage IC/CR corridor. Tammy likes to make her clients feel like family and goes out of her way to offer excellent customer service in addition to offering several types of massage. If, like me, you are involved in any high-intensity fitness, Cloud 9 is a particularly great resource, for post-workout recovery. Tammy is very knowledgeable about physiology and, wherever I have a particularly painful strain, she follows-up with me after my appointment to see how thing are going. She always reminds me of ways to care for any injury I've sustained. I give Cloud 9 my highest recommendation!

I loved my massage today at Cloud 9. I have special issues with my neck and Tammy worked around them with ease and understanding. I have already booked another massage and added the infamous float pod as an extra treat! Can't wait!!!
