Sarah is knowledgable, kind, makes one feel at home. Her massage includes pin and stretch techniques that really help loosen muscles and joints. Very casual. I’ve had a couple sessions. After the first session I felt like my back had age regressed to my 20’s. I couldn’t stop stretching and enjoying the range of motion, so I HAD to go again. The second session was a deep one and felt like I was beaten with a baseball bat coated in lavender oils and positive energy. Walked a bit funny after, but realized my hip was now where it was supposed to be.
