Rafole Organic Spa

I’ve been to a lot of massage places, but this is by far the cleanest one I’ve been to. The atmosphere is great, and the place is spotless. All the workers, as well as the owner, are incredibly kind and friendly, making the experience even better. If you're a big guy like me, I definitely recommend going with Nancy or Linda—they really know how to work with bigger clients. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming environment. Keep it up and continue doing the great job!

I have been here approximately 6 times. I wanted to leave a review today because todays massage was one of the best ones I've had. Dont get me wrong the past ones were great. However, today Pat went above and beyond with my massage. I told her I had a lot of built tension on my shoulders, neck, and back. She targeted those areas the most. I left very relaxed, happy, and satisfied. Very worth it, I recommend this place to everyone. The place is very clean, the sheets smell washed and fresh. Overall, the other ladies who have massaged me have done a great job as well. Highly recommend to anyone in search of a good massage.

I came to get massage today as a birthday gift. Pat did an awesome job. She provided really good customer service. Her massage was really good. I left without all the stress I felt on my shoulders. I walked out super relaxed. Thank you Pat you exceeded my expectations and without knowing it you made my birthday gift very much worth it.

I wanted to really like this place but unfortunately it just disappointed me. The place is very nice and clean. But my massage therapist wasn’t great. I already had a feeling it wouldn’t be a good experience from the way she was very cold to me. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The massage was okay. I tip based on my experience (as one should). At the end, I handed her my tip, she did not say thank you or even smile. It was her coworker who spoke for her. So disappointing! I wanted to really like this place

This was my first time coming to Rafole organic massage. The lady who took care of me her name was Nadia. She was amazing. I have a hard time to relax. I am a very tense person and she was able to help me relax crack my back and just get all the tension out of my neck and shoulders. I recommend this place, I love how she put lavender or eucalyptus on my face help me calm down ❤️ thank you Nadia !!!

Kathy is amazing! She got a new place here in Northridge/Reseda and it’s even more amazing than the original place. The entire spa is brand new, she has customized heated beds, a beautiful waiting room. Call for appointments first and you need proof of vaccination! Check in at the front and you’ll fill out some paperwork of specific points of the body you want to focus on, what kind of massage you want, and what kind of pressure you like. All the therapists here are so amazing at what they do. My sister, my mom, and I came out all refreshed after such a long week. Pictures are included. I only got an after picture of the room bc I was so excited We love this place and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much Kathy!

So excited for the new location of Rafaole! The interior is all new, clean, and spa-esque. The oversized tables are sturdy and amazing. I’m just not comfortable with the flimsy tables at some locations, being a bit oversized myself. The linens are clean and cover every inch of the table, including the face hole. I’m always wary of how many people have their face in the face hole, and now it is completely covered/sanitary. There are so many well thought out touches, including the memory foam face pad, which is 100% more comfortable than the gel pad. There’s plenty of parking finally! Rafaole is now on the first floor. Massage quality is the same hidden neighborhood gem! They are skilled, talented, professional, and deserve every bit of respect and praise. It’s just all around an amazing experience. Went to see my favorite masseuse, and I left feeling like I came back from a vacation. After all, the massage experience is all about the massage therapist, so it’s great that these added luxuries come with my favorite masseuses from the old location! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a mini getaway. Your muscles will thank you!

First time at this new massage spot today. Amazing experience with Nadia ! Great customer service and attention to detail. I asked for a deep tissue massage and pin pointed the areas I needed work in and she nailed it ! Amazing ! Thanks guys !
