Outstanding massage! Marie provided a magical 100 min massage, focusing on my full body (including scalp massage) with deep focus on my hips. I often run/ do yoga but my hips have always caused me some issue. I walked out feeling like I was realigned, walking taller, and was deeply relaxed. About a week post-massage, my hip felt like it shifted back into a better alignment. I attribute this to the intentional work Marie put into helping to heal me. I’ll definitely be back to her for her work!

Nothing super fancy but good value for the treatment. Would recommend.

Shico and her staff are the absolute best! I've been going for years. They always know where the knots are and can work them with the appropriate level of attention.

I’ve been coming here 6 years- though it sometimes depends on who you receive the treatment from, their senior therapists techniques are normally excellent. Their touch is not that “New York tough and rough massage” you get from many massage place, and equally as great or better than many high end spas. I’d often get charged double their fee at equally good treatment in NYC. Such gem. Also Very thoughtful hospitality and communication. One thing I miss at this new place is the herbal hot water they used to serve after the service at their former location. I’d love that thoughtful omotenashi again - it’s very healing and nourishing.

I get a lot of massages. This one might have been the best ever. Also reasonably priced. Got a couples massage with my wife for her bday. The location is good and the room we were in was big and clean with great energy. Heated sheets were a nice touch

We previously had an issue (only once after visiting ease multiple times in the past where we enjoyed each visit). Resolution occurred quickly and Ease handled it very professionally. Thank you to the Ease staff.

Shico and her staff have been tending to my numerous injuries for almost 20 years. Every time I go I leave feeling energized, and refreshed. The staff are always welcoming and accommodating. The environment is always clean, peaceful, and very quiet. Don't wait for the right opportunity, book your session and enjoy one of the best massages in NYC.

I've been going to EaseNY for almost 2 decades. Shico (owner) and her staff are knowledgeable/respectful professionals who truly care about their clients' well being. Before EaseNY, I went to chains such as Masage Envy/Bliss or Spas like Oasis/Ohm. Though they were relaxing and offered the quintessential "spa" environment, I didn't find the benefits long lasting. With EaseNY, my chronic headaches have gone away and I feel more balanced. They are professional masseuse. Unlike mainstream massage routines (consisting mainly of your front/back) EaseNY does scalp/front/back/sides, which maybe different for newcomers but I've found to be more holistic. The sessions are offered with differing levels of therapist (ie junior/senior/master). Despite the tiers, my experiences has always been positive. In my past with other boutiques, I've experienced inconsistent pressure and uncertain masseuse. At EaseNY, I've had junior level therapists who were confident with pressure points... to Shico who's truly a Master of the art and a perfectionist. Their facials aren't geared for blackhead removals etc. it's truly to massage the facial muscles, ie TMJ and those who hold tension in their head. I also went to EaseNY for my pre and post natal massages. All of their services are outstanding and my body/mind so grateful. EaseNY is a small, woman owned, minority, local business. They're priced above their competition but you can't really compare as they're unique, therapeutic, and quality.
