I finally found an awesome foot massage place. Yo yo is wonderful. But they started using plugin air fresheners! Yuck. As an allergy sufferer with asthma, it’s a no go. Please stop using these toxic chemicals.

I'm not sure how I feel about this place. The person who did my massage was very nice. But I assume he was the owner seemed upset I didn't make an appointment. Even though it said walk ins are alright. I chose the VIP treatment which is $10 more. Offering aromatherapy. I was not given that. The owner kept storming in through the room stomping around and talking at a normal volume. Isn't it supposed to be relaxing? And I heard him turn away 3 different customers saying they weren't available but I was the only one in there. I was very confused. I've been to a YiYi spa in Lake highlands and they were so friendly. Same concept but different company since this is YaYa. I don't think I will be returning here. Maybe a different location. It also smelled like McDonald's when I was in there.

CAN I GIVE 10 STARS!!? I go here often. They give me an amazing lower leg/ foot massage. The men have great strong hands and I can feel the tension leave all areas of my body as they massage me into a rest that feels like an eternity when I awake! Today I went and the man was very gentle. He daintily rubbed his fingers across my legs and I could tell he was older and probably just didn’t have it in him anymore. When it was over a woman at the reception asked how it was and I whispered my displeasure while trying to pay (cause everyone can have off days and I’ll be back) and she says “No!”And sends me back with a new masseuse with instructions to make sure that I am well taken care of. I didn’t expect that. I didn’t request that. She wanted to make sure that I don’t leave her dissatisfied and I DID NOT!! I am so happy with this place and my legs and feet are too!!! No appointment needed and the price is amazing! Please come and experience this place! Just not mid day when I’m there so I don’t have to wait

I do not write reviews but I have to for this place. It is a complete scam. First of all no one speaks even a little english I had to use my translator to communicate. Secondly this is hardly a massage, for 15 minutes my therapist just rubbed oils on my legs. This is a foot spa. I came for reflexology on my FEET. He was putting uncomfortable amounts of pressure on my knees, and when he started on my feet there was uncomfortable amounts of pressure and techniques being used. I highly doubt anyone in the place is actually licensed. My feet hurt more when I left than when I came. I decided to leave 15 minutes into my massage. The lady at the front tried to charge me $30 (which is $5 less than their 40 minute massage) I gave them $15 and went on about my day. Please do not go here, spend your money elsewhere!

I had a good experience here. I know some people might have had some sad experiences by the look of the comments. But I think if you have the right expectation, you will have happy feet! The staff can’t speak any English AT ALL so make sure to book it online and show them your appointment. It’s a very Chinese style massage so tell them how hard you want. I like it because the guy is nice and professional. I’m so relaxed during the whole 60mins. He didn’t ask for tips but I gave some to him since he did a good job. Also I’m pretty sure that’s what you do for massages, you give tips. $45 for 60mins not bad. You pay what you get.

I used to visit the Lovers location often, until they were either, over-booking or just didn't know how to manage appointments. I'd schedule an appointment, get there at my scheduled time, and they would tell me to come back in 50 minutes (sometimes longer). This happened a few times. So, I stopped going. Gave this location a try, and the scheduling wasn't an issue, as I was able to get right in. However, the massage was NOT good! The lady, who clearly spoke no English, rubbed my feet extremely fast, as in, short, quick strokes. It was not relaxing AT ALL. A relaxing massage should consist of slow, long (sometimes deep) strokes. So, I've given a 2nd location a try, and I think I'm done with Yaya.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax & enjoy a foot massage this isn't the place. When I walked in I was told to be quiet but once I was back getting a massage & the other customer left the 3 men were so loud the lady doing my massage had to go out front 3 times & they still continued to be loud. Once other customers showed up & other employees were in the back they were all talking to each other. This was my first time here and the massage was nice but I will not return. Also paid for the VIP and it wasn't worth it.
