The Vault

This place was a blast. Great lighting, fantastic music, and a party atmosphere on a Thursday night when the rest of downtown was dead. Lots of fun. My only complaint was that the spirit selection was limited due to the small size of the place, but it was so cozy the ambience more than made up for the small size.

This is a MUST visit! My husband and I came here on a whim while visiting from San Francisco. We walked in to a crowded bar totally unaware it was the intermission of a drag show! The owner (a tall handsome wonderful soul) came up to us and explained what was going on and said we could hang out in the back and watch. He was so nice and welcoming! Someone bought us drinks (no one let us repay the favor the entire night!) other patrons offered us their spots!?! Everyone was so welcoming, and the entire bar was filled with such a warm, genuine, electric energy! It was one of those serendipitous nights that we’ll keep with us forever. We wish this bar nothing but success and we are forever grateful for tonight!

Redding is a beautiful place to visit, and discovering this gem made our trip even more delightful. Thank you to the bartender, Chris, for making us some delicious drinks and chatting us up. You're amazing, hope to see you next time!

My sister and I love to visit the beautiful town of Redding and we only discovered The Vault during this most recent visit. This bar is a gem! Thank you to Chris, the bartender, for the fun conversation and great drinks. We'll be back!

Had a great time at the Grand opening on Friday. Sound system and DJ were topnotch. Good drinks, decent beer selection (all bottle and can, no taps). Friendly people. Such a great space that Redding desperately needs.

I have found nothing but a bunch of thieves if you drop shit people are going to take your stuff I don't suggest ever coming here if you want to relax there is no Love in this House. There was literally only five people there.. places usually empty I've checked it on Fridays and I checked it on Saturdays However, the staff was very nice.

From the moment I stepped into The Vault, I felt happy! Everyone is so friendly and there is always great music and vibes. Thank goodness Redding has a safe and fun space where everyone can be themselves 🙂 Great service, fun events!! I've danced the night away many times!!

The Vault is an amazing place to hang out with friends as well as they host a lot of different things from drag shows to drag king shows as well as art, comedy shows as well as great Dj’s too. It’s amazing to have a bar that is welcoming to everybody but caters to mostly gay people and also helps partake in the community, buying local and patronizing local businesses. The staff and the owner are great and very friendly. Also, it’s very reassuring that when you go into a business, it shows the care how clean their place is from the bar area, the seating and especially the restrooms.
