I've been going here now since Kashmir times so is a few years. Everytime you walk in the bar is a welcome feeling bartenders are awesome JAKE is awesome and always make you laugh and super cute. They have different events every night. Monday Night - Bingo! Tuesday Night - Pool Tournament Wednesday Night - Ultimate Trivia Thursday Night - $1 Drinks Friday Night - Lip Sync Battle Saturday Night - Entertainers Sunday Night - Karaoke Sunday - Cookout Party Special Events. Great music I don't work there but I really enjoy going to roosters. I think you should try it

Did eat but had several drinks and chatted with the employees. They made us feel like we were visiting with old friends. Keep up the great work.

Very comfortable local bar with the nicest bartenders. My favorite is in Wednesday night entertainment from 8 to 11 for piano singer. Completely enjoyable!!

After going out for some drinks and live music last night in Boca, we decided to drive north, instead of south... going to Roosters vs The Manor. What a mistake!! We pulled into the lot and apparently we were facing the wrong direction (no arrows or signs that we saw btw and had not even pulled all the way in) when this very obese, angry butch woman began yelling at us through the car. Very obscene and it took me a minute to realize she actually worked at Roosters. (I thought she was an angry drunk!) We turned around and parked. Please try and imagine this: Me: straight woman, nearly 50 years old. Have only been to roosters a couple of times with my gay friends. I keep to myself, but I’m friendly. I don’t drink much, am polite and usually make new friends, wherever I go My friends: Gay, engaged couple Hardly a crew of people ready to cause trouble and be rowdy, etc. We walked into the bar, after being yelled out (loudly and openly) in the parking lot, for something I’m still not even sure about? I needed to use the restroom. Remember, I am almost FIFTY years old, straight and do not frequent the bar scene, let alone roosters. I’m slightly uncomfortable... it’s late, I’m tired, we had just been embarrassed while parking and I had to pee!! I went into the bathroom stall and as I’m opening the door, to my complete horror this person from the parking lot had FOLLOWED ME INTO THE BATHROOM and was YELLING at me for my ID!!!!! As i was taking it out, sort of trying to make a joke about it (I was CLEARLY not a minor and she CHASED me into the restroom as if i was some kind of criminal!) she is yelling at me “WHERE ARE YOUR FRIENDS?? Tell me WHERE are you friends??? TELL ME WHERE YOUR FRIENDS ARE!”’ Are you KIDDING ME? I was GOING TO THE BATHROOM!! I narrowly escaped with my life and made it to the bar, where my friends were seated. (I suppose she missed them while she was chasing me into the stall?) I ordered a strong glass of WATER (because I’m such an animal) and tried expressing my dismay, in the nicest way, to the bartender. He defended her, sarcastically saying “that’s her job we pay her 100.00 a night to check ID. Excuse me?? Her job is NOT to chase me into the restroom. If she needed to check ID, I would have gladly handed it to her at the door, like every other establishment. Her behavior was absolutely disgusting. As we were leaving, another employee lunged at my friend who had just purchased a Red Bull (no alcohol) and swiped it out of his hands, spilling it all over his shirt. Once again, if we were not allowed to take red bull out of the bar, 1. They shouldn’t have sold it to us as we were closing the Tab and clearly leaving 2. Politely said “make sure you have this here, because you can’t leave the bar with it”. I am unaware of any history that my friends may have with Roosters, but I can say... as someone with a reasonably good judge of character, I don’t think I will ever step foot into this place again. I was literally someone who just wanted to go hang out with my friends, enjoy a nightcap, maybe meet a few new people, in a local bar. What I left with was my newly washed car smelling like Red Bull, since it was thrown all over my friends clothing, more anxiety than I had felt in years and a feeling that maybe going out at all was a mistake.

This bar is fantastic. We came from Ft Lauderdale for pride and fell in love with this bar. Super cute, sweet staff, great prices. We will definitely come back.

I came to Jensen Beach wondering if there was any sort of LGBT+ community at all and then found HG roosters and have never felt such a great community with people who care and are simply nothing short of beautiful. Not only do they make fine drinks provide fun entertainment, they are the kind of people you feel like you’ve known your whole life and can be friends with: Great atmosphere to talk and to meet people great prices on drinks this place is a must see if you are here. I rarely visit a gay bar twice in a row but this place has me coming back every single night because the community is so strong.
