The management seemed disorganized, creating awkward situations for both customers and staff. While the employees were polite, they looked uncomfortable asking customers to leave tables after sitting for hours. Clear leadership and better organization could make a big difference in improving the experience, but I don’t plan on going back again.

Had the best time while visiting Dallas. The DJ played great music all night long and the staff was friendly and fast service! I can’t wait to return next year if the trans organization make contest here again ☺️ and the drink Frozen Margarita was very good and delicious

I've always had an amazing time here at kaliente club been coming to this club for years love the drag shows and the drinks are very good and the bartenders are always very courteous and friendly for the comments that I read this is a gay bar so that's why there is not a lot of straight people that go there but for the straight people that do go there I've had friends that are straight have always had a good time there and a lot of my straight friends and gay friends still love this club and I am gay July 6 2024

We came here to have a good time and there was a miss understanding with the entrance with one of our friends which caused them to get kicked out. Then they started picking on another friend and said their ID was not theirs when it clearly was hers. We had to call the cops just to prove it was hers and yes it was her. She ended up with a big scratch on her arm because of the security pulling her out the coat room which everyone goes into Be warned that they need to be trained how to handle situations like this because the way they handled this one was all wrong.

A lot if improvement, love the atmosphere, bar tenders are very attentive and always have a big smile on their face! Great music and drag show!

HORRIBLE. MY FRIEND GOT HER ID CONFISCATED AND WHAYS CRAZY WAS… IT WAS REALLY HER! Staff does not care. They were being petty and waited almost two hours for cops to get there and all the cops did was give her her ID back. Like never again will I step foot in this dirty ugly establishment.

Come to Kaliente if you wanna get your real ID confiscated and then get thrown around by the staff! It’s upsetting me and my homegirls cause we feel like well damn if you can’t go to Kaliente for birthday drinks where the hell can you go?!

Please don’t go there staff are so rude we drove 5 hours from San Antonio Tx to Dallas to spend my friend birthday at kaliente club abt we arrived at 10; 15 pm and they finde let us get I cause they staff me member said my grid was drunk so we end leaving the place I understand it’s rule and regulations but she wasn’t drunk at all we was t drink at all we was at group of people of 10 people and it’s March 20 ,2032 at 10;15 pm please next time assign professional people since They been so rude and not professional at all with customers!! They told us to go to another clubs are around the area!!! Thank you and please management help!!!!!!
