Did not enjoy my brief experience here. A few days ago I was visiting Nashville and came here with my friends. They had 3 separate people check my ID before coming up and saying they don’t believe I’m the same person. I explained that I lost weight over the years, and they kept insisting that they don’t believe it is me and wanted another form of ID. I told him if they don’t believe I’m the same person then they can hold the picture up next to my face and see I’m the same person, and they told me not to be a smart***. I get that they wanted to make sure they weren’t serving liquor to a minor, but they were increasingly rude. My friend was upset over this and the manager came back to comment on our private conversation (he had already begun walking away prior to us discussing it) and told us that we were free to leave if we did not like the way they handled things, which we did shortly after. The place seemed cool and I was excited, but unfortunately this was a sour experience before we even got to look at a menu.

Ended the night here for our Bachelorette party, and the vibes were great! Everyone was kind, the drinks were more reasonable than anywhere else, and it felt safe at Tribe. Will be returning for a good time with my friends! Gotta try some of the food next time.

As a Nashville Native and P.O.C., masculine presenting and a female there are not many safe places to go for the gays and girls.I checked out Tribe and was sadly disappointed. Not only was I looked over when attempting to order during a not so busy time of day. A Sunday. I was treated like an unwanted guest. I’ve never had that same experience when I’m with my male friend. So maybe it’s a boys only club and bachelorette haven!

I like the place but felt out of place because i am a gay man. I thought it was a gay bar but 90% of the customers were women. Women dressed like 14 year old Taylor Swift. If you like girls night out you will have a great time.

This is where we boarded the Big Drag Bus; drag show on a bus! Was definitely a good time! Highly recommend!!

Great local bar. More mature than Play and very laid back. Plenty of space for dancing and the bar staff was cute and attentive. Definitely recommend for the 21+ crowd. I had a good time there with my friend and we met some interesting people. Highly recommend for a laid back local bar experience.

Always a glorious reprieve from life in TN. Easy to be a success in Nashville when your product inherently runs off assclowns.

We chilled here for a bit while waiting on our drag bus... the people are amazing, drinks and shots were made well, and the atmosphere really gets you in the mood to party! Loved it❤️
