Unfortunate... haven't been here in years, used to be a great time. No longer... bar is in terrible shape now, building smells like urine (probably from the puddles of it in the bathrooms). Bartenders are fine, if a bit rude. Security guy was VERY aggressive and rude, especially to people in the basement - discouraging "fun" when it's not allowed is one thing, starting screaming arguments with customers, leering, and being overall condescending is another. Past the glory days for sure.

Not safe for women I got assaulted during happy hour. A man spit in my face . The older bar tender a woman around 50 years old, who is Miss Philadelphia 2016 leather did nothing to stop it. The bar is known not to welcome women. They never banned the regular who assaulted me. You need to be aware of their one sided rules and just be safe. Protect your siblings.

Great old fashioned Tom of Finland style bar embodying masculinity and all the good stuff like that. Great place for gay men, which is the general crowd. If you want a more bachelorette style or femme bar, try woodies or tavern

Very odd staff and bizarre rigid rules that are a headache to deal with. The bartenders are miserable control freaks. It smells like halitosis. Stay away from this bar.

The gentlemen in there were amazing and great on the tools. Definitely a bike store you want to go to for any maintenance or fixes.

The Bike Stop was my home bar away from home before the pandemic. I haven't been able to visit in a while but the changes that have been made to the space really took away from the atmosphere that I loved and returned for. Sadly I'm not sure it's a destination spot for me anymore as it's charm and it's life appear to be on a decline.

It's a Bear and leather bar, so it's a seedy dive bar filled with all those big city sorts your mama warned you about as most Bear and leather bars are, but that's part of its charm. Like most bear and leather bars it is very welcoming even if you're not into that scene, or if you just don't yet know what scene in the community you fit in, so leave your judgements outside and come on in they don't bite, well, maybe in the basement or on a Vice night (2nd Thursdays.) Vice night, speaking of the folks your mama warned you about, wink wink. Patrons range from 21 to the 80s, thin to supersized, femmy queen to big butch daddys, so believe me, you'll fit in.

Philly's only remaining Dive/ Gay Leather Bar. Underwear Night Wednesdays are a good time to visit.
