I've been a few times. The atmosphere is a little seedy, but it's a strip club, I don't think there's any getting away from that. Drinks are okay and stiff enough in my book. The performers have all been darlings in my limited experience, very courteous and friendly. Tip those boys well, they work hard for it!

We came here 2 nights in a row last weekend and both nights were so fun! Ray and Sinclare are such an amazing entertainers! I totally recommend this place for a great night out. Can’t wait to go back to Portland just to be here lol!

I was a loyal customer to the old Silverado back in 2018, I’d go every Saturday. When word got out they were moving I was devastated. I was put off from going to the new one after I heard it was multi leveled, with the dancers only being on the lower level. This was a concern for me since I am in a wheelchair. The new location has the spirit of the old one. The music played is still good and they still have Adam, who makes the best drinks in town. It’s getting five stars for service because of him and the friendly staff. Four stars for atmosphere, not many people seem to be going there these days.. unless they’re just all downstairs?

My partner and I went on Sunday June 16th in the evening after I got off shift from bartending a day shift myself, it was a slower time of the evening for the venue. The bartender pretty much ignored us with a cold shoulder and served three guys that came after us. Not a single word from him like we weren’t even there. We’re both Trans Feminine and to be honest being ignored like that just gave us “It’s LGB not LGBT ” vibes. We left and went elsewhere. It’s a pretty low blow when your customer was also a bartender in the same area. If you’re Trans Feminine specifically looking for an LGBT space to have a drink at, go to CC’s or Scandals either are far more welcoming. Happy pride to us, right?? I don’t often write reviews because I get it, I’m in this industry too - We all work long hours, we probably deal with the occasional intoxicated person being rude, or the ice machine misbehaves during your busiest hours, I totally get all possible scenarios of how it can get behind the scenes sometimes and normally everything becomes water under the bridge and a new day. But it’s June 22nd today - And as a customer I haven’t forgotten how poor my experience was.

On very rare occasions we meet someone who restores our faith in humanity. Recently, I met a handsome young man who works at Silverado who also remembered me and considering I shall soon be seventy years old it touched me greatly. From the bottom of my heart I will remember that Sunday afternoon, thank you Greyson.

When Silverado moved to this newest location, it was rather disappointing at first. I'm happy to say they have really improved over time. The staff and vast majority of the dancers are friendly. A few dancers are a bit to forward trying to get your tips, and I get the occasional cold shoulder when I do tip, but won't begrudge an entire place for one bad attitude. Anyone leaving a negative review talking about how rude the staff was to them... I of course cannot confirm every individual experience, but I would bet money that it was because the reviewer was behaving disrespectfully and/or not tipping. Seriously people, why are you showing up to a strip club demanding world class entertainment for free? A few dollars here and there is all it takes, you don't have to break the bank. Can only go as high as 4 stars though because the energy can vary dramatically from night to night, and there have been a couple nights that were extremely lackluster. Not directly the fault of the club itself, but can still sour the mood if you were wanting a fun night out. If you're looking to try it out for the first time, I recommend going during Pride or similar event night. More likely to have a larger crowd and better energy.

Portland native here. I’ve been to Silverado on Stark, in SW and on 5th. I frequented the other locations, but stopped going when they moved to their current space because the beer (my preferred beverage) there sucked. It was good beer, just not there. I suspect it’s mold or something in their lines, but…no one cared when I mentioned it, so I just stopped going. I wandered in tonight because the neighboring bar I go to closed early because of “staffing issues”. Fine by me, I just wanted to gamble. I hit their ATM and find an open machine. $200 later, no joy, so back to the ATM. Play a bit longer, need to pee, tilt my barstool against the machine - which is an international sign to other gamblers but a welcome mat to thieves - and take a whiz…only to cone back to a familiar gypsy playing my machine. I complain to the bartender and the gypsy insists it’s his machine and walks away. The bartender offers to get the “manager”, who comes out, asks a few familiar feeling questions of the thief and readily resolves the situation with his inconsiderable people management skills by siding with the loudest voice, who randomly insisted he put $60 in that machine - which I had left with around $50 in it when I went to the can. To be clear, the loudest voice was…Not. Mine. I was $350 deep in that machine at the time. When I push him to review the tapes, he says they don’t have cameras in the lottery machines. Good news for any predators who want to assault their strippers or nogoodnick types that want to steal from other gamblers, bad news for guys with normal bladders. He tells me to take it up with the lottery and then just stands there. Like it’s no concern of his. Like he’s never seen this opportunistic MF before. When I push him in it, he admits he knows the guy but actually says he doesn’t recognize me, like that settles it. He admits he’d seen me go to the ATM but nothing more. I ask questions like “Have you ever seen that guy go to the ATM here?” and he just stares at me blankly - because I know the guy and know I’m a max bet get and the other guy is a penny a line better…but this “manager” isn’t one of those critical thinking types, so there’s no point in arguing. He’s taking the oath of least resistance - and cashing checks until he gets fired. The he’ll with anyone else, how dare I interrupt his doing nothing for money.
