This is my home bar! they welcomed me the moment I moved to Kansas City and I have made a little family there. The drinks are the cheapest in the Kansas City area and they have HEAVY hands when pouring that alcohol! $2 vodka lemonades are gonna make an alcoholic out of me I swear not really haha. They have nights where it’s packed out if you like that and they also have nights where it’s just you and a few others. So if you don’t like large crowds you can find some peace here or if you do like large crowds Saturday Latino night is a hit! They have Dart tournaments and a beautiful pool table! The outside patio has been updated and you can now safely smoke and drink while keeping an eye on the parking lot if you need to! They have consistent hours of operation and decent music! What exactly is the bars theme, country, dive bar, dance. Really couldn’t tell. And the bathrooms are small and gross.

Best bar I've been to in awhile. I loved the energy, and everyone there was so amazing.

Always love going in and seeing the people! I love Butt wiser’s show on Wednesday nights!

This place sure has grown on me over the last month. I keep finding myself drawn to hang out with a drink and my laptop on my off days because of the welcoming atmosphere. The bartenders are great, the establishment is clean, the other patrons are friendly. If you happen to catch one of the shows in the evenings, you won't regret it. They are a blast! Buddy also just had big screen TV's installed for the football games, so now you can watch from anywhere in joint and have a good seat!

THIS place is bar meets community center. Buddy takes good care of his customers and every time I’m in KCMO, I head to Sidekicks! Fun music, fun drag shows, fun people!
