Came in and instantly felt an amazing atmosphere here. The minute they found out it was my birthday I experienced a real Louisiana welcome! Wonderful fun place with great performers

I've been coming here for years. One of my favorite bars in the quarter and the city. They have THE best bloodys. It's always an interesting time when I come, never know who I'm gonna meet. Lots of good drunken conversations, and was the same this time. That extends to the staff, be careful Greg's a flirt!

If you are a POC avoid this place and this is why: The only reason why this place got 2 stars from me is because of Vanessa. The original songs and energy she brought was amazing. She was 10 stars. My issue is with the racist bartender there. I believe his name is Greg. He was a belligerent drunk and basically told my wife that black people don’t tip as he asked her for a tip. He turned our positive experience into a traumatic time and we will never return.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like a regular. The bartender's local and genuine greeting instantly put me at ease. The cozy atmosphere, friendly patrons, and lively conversation made it easy to strike up conversations and feel part of the community. Whether you're flying solo or with a group, this bar is a guaranteed good time.

Great small bar with great prices and always an interesting and fun group drinking here... have met many new friends here.... now depending on the bartender that day/evening that is working, your service can greatly change from great to slow to being ignored... if you have a preference of an age or skin tone of who you serve.... you should not be in the service business!

For a place that touts inclusivity I had a dramatically opposite experience. Upon walking in, I was verbally attacked by a patron at the bar, and told to “get out” for what I can only assume is the fact that I’m a cis-female. Extremely disappointing as a lifelong supporter of the LGBTQ community
