Great place for locals and visitors. Everyone is very friendly. Non smoking inside but you can go outside. The rear patio is private and true to the Nawlins' environment, it's very comfortable, colorful and festive. Pet friendly atmosphere. Kenny, the owner is very welcoming. Richard, the bartender, is wonderful. You can't go wrong ordering jello shots. GrandPre's offers jazz on Sundays. Local food spots near by. Located across from Louis Armstrong Park on Rampart Street. Make GrandPre's a place to visit during your travels to New Orleans.

Went here while visiting because u have a friend who currently works here. His name is Richard and if you go visit you should for sure ask for him, he's one of the best! Was a good time both inside and on the patio. They had live music and the lady that was singing had a great voice and personality!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Grandpre's and my most memorable experience was encountering the Taco lady, Hidi, out front. Her delicious late-night snacks were a delightful surprise and added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. Thank you to Hidi. I highly recommend stopping by to grab a snack from Hidi and soak in the warm and welcoming ambiance of Grandpre's. I will definitely be returning for more delicious food and good times. Cheers!

Great conversation and service from our bartender Trey. It was a very pleasant surprise to find this bar close to our hotel on the edge of the French Quarter. We were able to make some new friends and will definitely drop by when we visit New Orleans for a second time.

Great little gay bar with the cheapest drink prices in the French quarter. It’s only two blocks west of the main gay bars (Oz, Bourbon Pub Parade, etc) and Bourbon Street. They have nice seating and a back patio, etc. Definitely should check it out!
