Walking distance from my house with the best mfing wings in Fremont. This place will always get my business before any other local bar.

The new owner really did a marvelous job remodeling this place. Kirby's has been a staple of the community and it's gonna be a while before I get used to referring to it as Eli's.

I'm really pleased to see familiar faces behind the bar under the new ownership, and the new bartenders are just as wonderful. Big thanks to Kim, Derek, Ami, and Missy for their warm welcomes—your friendly service makes me happy to support you! As expected in a dive bar, the vibe is lively, and the regular events bring in a fun crowd. Plus, the taco truck parked outside is a tasty bonus, despite its unpredictable schedule. One small issue with the previous management was the lack of notice for private events. Once, I was asked to leave right after ordering because of an upcoming comedy show—a heads-up would have been helpful! Apart from that, my experiences here have been consistently positive with both the staff and management.

NEW OWNER TERRIBLE I've been going here for a while. I didn't realize there was an ownership change, and my regular bartender was gone, so I asked the new bartender about if she had the night off? She was very rude to me about asking and didn't say anything about where the old bartender was. She just ignored me and walked away. Ummmm ok..... The new bartender (owner) just had an attitude with me the entire time, come to find out a few weeks later she was the new owner. Typical response would have been, something along the lines of "Im the new owner and she has a had a schedule change, or she no longer works here", any of those would have worked. Hopefully, Eli (new owner) fixes her attitude & customer service skills if she wants her business to be successful. Also, my drink was watered down & horrible. I've always paid by card before with NO SERVICE CHARGE, but this time, I was charged $1.50 CC for a $8 drink. I will not be going back here, which sucks cause it was a vibe.

Great place to play soft-tip darts and have a drink with great appetizers that they sell. Kind and warm welcoming owners.

Great bar. Used to come here many years ago. Now I am back in town I will be in more often again. You have to try their lemon pepper wings. Absolutely delishous.

This used to be Kirbys back in the day. Eli's has a nicer atmosphere. Good drinks, and you still can play pool.

Best JALAPENO POPPERS EVER!!!!. they use clean peanut oil for their fried food (which I never eat on a norm) and it comes out so good. Food is worth it, drinks, dart/pool tournaments & service. Hi 5 completely
