Why Not Lounge

It was my first time there with 4 of my coworkers. We had a good time. The seafood was good and you received a lot. Drinks were flowing, the crowd was friendly and the DJ was good. We will return. ✨️

Lit lit lit. The food was delicious. The music was perfect for the occasion. Seriously, Dj Clo Money is the best! I gave the service a 4 because when we went to the Leo party there was only one bar tender, so the service was a bit delayed. We also ordered hookah. I would’ve appreciated more attentive service.

The bartender was so damn rude,..nice place but I think the bartenders should know the not doing u a favor

Great lounge and its just like a hidden gem. Have a back patio and served food. You can play pool. Meet and greet new people. Awesome.so why not..

Great dive bar, music and drinks. Security made sure that we could enjoy our Hookah in piece with a decent amount of "HHHEEEYYY" from the locals. Definitely a early 2000's vibe!

I would NOT visit this place. My first time going was yesterday. I invited a couple of my cousins and my cousin invited 6 of her friends. One was the birthday girl. Everything was going great, food was amazing, chef was very nice and kind, bar tinder was very cool made awesome drinks Until the end. I don’t know the boys name but he said he was the chef’s son. Semi heavy set boy. He was so rude. Very unprofessional. No respect for women and when we got to the front door he actually told us to hurry up and get to our car before he spray us out. Now where I’m from that involves a gun. Now weather he was playing or not it was not okay to say. Especially to all women. Unfortunately we will never visit this place again and it’s sucks because we really had an amazing time. I heard it was a family owned business but homeboy should be terminated immediately. No matter what you should always remain professional. Also it wasn’t even 2am yet we still had 6 minutes to closing. Just a horrible experience from a black ghetto man who had no professionalism and clearly no basic customer service skills or training!!!

I went to the Why Not Lounge in Hayward CA this past Saturday night and was disappointed at the end of the night. It’s sucks because we had a great time until we were approached by security. The food was great bar tender was great and chef was super pleasant and kind. The chef son as he told us. He was very rude, not professional at all. He need customer service training, an etiquette class and some home training for a grown man. It sucks that I had to write this poor review but he was that awful!! We will NEVER go back here again. Worst part is he threatened us in the parking lot. Just terrible behavior.

I was invited here by my cousin. It was our first time. And it sucks that we won’t be returning ever again. Due to the security guard that said his dad was the chef. He has no respect an he’s rude. He should be taught how to treat paying customers. He even threatened us in the parking lot. Luckily for him I’m an educated women who knows which battles to fight & which ones that just isn't worth it. Horrible experience from the chef son
