Surprisingly nice in here for a dive(ish) bar. They had pool tables and the mega touch screens with plenty of TVs to watch football. A friend and I were drinking there for the better part of a day, and when we got our tab, we were pleasantly surprised. The drinks are cheap and they have a pretty wide selection of craft beers. I am not a cocktail drinker so I cannot comment on the quality of those, but it looked like they have a lot to choose from.

I love pounders! I have been going there for 20 years. It has definitely gotten much better over the years. We just got back from Monday Night karaoke. What a great time. Great people there, the atmosphere was incredible, the karaoke MC was super funny and the bartenders were good guys.

I just wanted to add that I was a little bit rude to the bartender the first time I came in here. I was not used to going to bars. I also was asked to leave due to an incident I rather not talk about lol. despite this, next time I went in I apologized and they were understanding and welcoming. so all these negative reviews saying that they are unreasonable -- that was not my experience. these people are awesome. I'm no longer living in escondido but I'll be back someday

It's a cool little dive bar in Escondido. They have a dance floor, pool tables, lounge area, and an outside area to hang out if you're a smoker. What made my experience a little disappointing was the guy bartender wasn't very friendly. Was rather rude to me and my friend. I didn't get correct drink I ordered. The service was just ok, took about 10min to get our drinks. I may have gone on a bad night, but my rating is based on my experience that night. Will go again and hopefully get better service.

If you are going here for meeting people, nice bar, if you want Converse, learn sign language, music good but louuuuuud

I recommend Uber or Lyft here! The drinks are too good and cheap!
