Last Spot Bar

I've been coming to Last Spot for a number of years now and always enjoyed the creative cocktails, solid beer selection and personable staff. Recently, they have changed owners and I'm happy to report that the same Last Spot I've known and loved is still making great cocktails, bringing unique beers in and still the same great people in there. They've shifted focus a bit to be more of a wine and sake beer, but if you're going out for a relaxed night, good vibes and cool art, you're in for a treat. Head in there and say hello to Michael behind the bar and enjoy yourself!

This is my favorite place. The owners are great guys who are always welcoming and friendly. Everyone there from the proprietors to the patrons are all good fun to spend time with. This bar is inside of an art gallery, which really adds a lot of valuevtonthe experience. Have a drink, then wonder around and appreciate some beautiful and/or provocative art from a variety of artists. If you see something that strikesva chord for you, you might end up wanting to take a piece home with you. The art changes frequently, so I never get tired of exploring. Then go back to the bar and enjoy more drinks with good company. Great vibe.

Just found this place and it is the last spot on Grand. It is located inside the Escondido Art Gallery, where the Escape rooms are also located. Michael the bar tender and future owner is great, very knowledgeable and the drinks for being wine based is so awesome, that l definitely recommend. The space is small, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Come and see Michael.

The last spot is a great find! We stopped in for a drink expecting to see a small room of art, but the gallery is truly a never ending experience. Jam packed with really cool works by local artists. They teach art classes for free to teenagers as well. Friendly bartender and curator. If you haven’t been and you’re in the area, highly recommend stopping in! You’ll enjoy it!

This bar is located inside of Distinction Gallery. Accessibility: the door to enter is a single pull door, and the bar is all on flat ground, one floor. They have high chairs to sit in at the bar directly, as well as a few tables that are more wheelchair accessible. If you need assistance, ask the man working there...he is super nice! His name is Christopher and he is the owner. Experience: I came in when it was empty and I was greeted by Christopher, the bar owner. He is very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The bar is open Thursday through Saturday 4-10, and on Sunday from 11-5. They are just a bar right now, no restaurant, just a heads up. It's super nice inside! I highly recommend this place! Support your locals!

Chris, the bartender, is the man. And his beard is epic. Service is perfect, the craft cocktail I had was amazing. Highly recommend.

Love this place! If we lived in Escondido, this would be our number one spot. Michael was amazing, such a chill vibe and awesome, fun conversation. We will definitely be back! The drinks are delicious, and I want to try all the others I didn't have that are on the menu. Thank you for a fantastic afternoon!
