Good classic cocktails. The bartender seemed new and there was a bit of a wait to get drinks even though it was a slower Monday evening. They also allow large dogs inside

Like how cozy this place is and it's bartenders are knowledgeable about about the cocktails and happy to make recommendations. Their menu has classic and contemporary cocktails and selection of seasonal drinks. I like to try something different each time and mostly I like what I get. I'd recommend this place for a night out with friends or even a date. Its lovely interior in art deco style will suit both.

Interesting spot - really depends on what bartender you get. One of them is a total buzzkill. Asked for a drink recommendation and pretty much got told to pick something or leave. Been coming here for years, but this bartender I’ve been getting lately is quite rude. Also, a few weeks ago she wouldn’t let new people in the bar because she felt overwhelmed. We looked inside and there were probably 5-8 people, just a few groups. Literally sending away business because she doesn’t want to serve. Great drinks and such a cool place, I hope they can turn it around to its old glory.

The cocktails were way too strong and not well balanced, so I had to send it back (I ordered the "Cranes in the Sky" originally). I had the "Clover Club" instead and it was much better. Overall I still enjoyed the vibe, even though the service was slow as there were only two bartenders making the drinks. I appreciated that they were able to rectify the issue and not charge for the replacement cocktail. Security was also very chill and friendly.

Wildhawk is a charming and trendy cocktail bar located in the Mission District of San Francisco. With a unique and inviting atmosphere, the bar is the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a cozy date. The decor of the bar is a blend of classic and modern elements, with plush velvet chairs, vintage light fixtures, and a striking art deco-inspired bar. The result is a stylish yet comfortable setting that is perfect for enjoying a cocktail or two. The cocktails at Wildhawk are expertly crafted and use high-quality ingredients. The menu features a mix of classic and contemporary cocktails, as well as a rotating selection of seasonal drinks. The house specialty, the Jungle Bird, is a must-try, with its blend of rum, pineapple, lime, and Campari. The bar also has a great selection of wine and beer. The only gripe is the Moscow Mule which looked great but had way too much ice and was not strong at all. The service at Wildhawk is friendly and attentive, with staff that are knowledgeable about the cocktails and happy to make recommendations. The bar can get crowded on weekends, but the atmosphere is lively and convivial, with a mix of locals and visitors alike. Overall, Wildhawk is a standout bar in San Francisco, with its chic ambiance, expertly crafted cocktails, and friendly service. If you're looking for a spot to enjoy a night out with friends or a romantic evening, Wildhawk is definitely worth a visit.

Great neighborhood bar, Suzu and Janice are wonderful. Here for the Bombay competition information, bartenders should come and find out more about the opportunity to elevate their game, see Eddie for more support and information.

As much as I love to explore different bars in the city, it is always incredibly disappointing when you go to an establishment to have fun and you find out that you were just ripped off. I was actually pretty excited to check out Wildhawk as I had this bar on my list of places to check out for a while. My friend ordered a couple "basic" drinks (rum and coke + gin and tonic) prior to me ordering two cocktails. He had mentioned in passing that it was weird that they had charged a different amount for the first round of drinks versus the second round (note: for the exact same drinks taken by the same male bartender). I do not know if this was a case of assuming people who get drinks do not take a look at the alcohol price or what but this is super strange. I experienced it for myself when I took care of the third drink. I took the tab for the third drink and was surprised when I found out that it was $48 not including tip for drinks that should have been around $30. (Note: nothing additional was noted on the receipt). Definitely felt ripped off. For that third round, I had ordered an Espresso Martini ($17) and a spritz ($11) but somehow the total came out to over $50 total for two drinks. I am disappointed with the shady practices conducted by the staff at Wildhawk and I think it's important to warn people about these price differences, not explicitly mentioned on their menu. Quite disappointed for my first time experience and not sure if I would go to or recommend this bar to anyone.
