Love the retro 70s vibe here. Great tunes and decor…even in the restrooms. Service is fabulous: The bartender, Elisha was great, nice friendly banter and impeccably and appropriately dressed for the venue.

I came here for a interview yesterday note that I am a transgender female when I arrived the girl at the front that greeted me as I she can help me I said yes, my name is Nicole I am here for a interview. I waited for 5 minutes and she came back out and said sorry but, the owner already hired someone. WOW! I spent $63 on my lyft ride to get here. When I went outside I ordered another lyft and while I was waiting I overed some guy on the side of the building talking on the phone saying something bout he doesn't hire clowns, transgender women or any other mental health issues to be a bartender saying something bout they have this image they have to keep. Then he goes on saying something about voting for Trump then walks in the same place where I suppose to have my interview.

I was reluctant to post about my favorite bar in the East Bay because I didn't want everyone finding out about this gem. It's become my staple when I can sneak out for a high-quality drink.

Great music and vibe. Long wait time to get a drink.

Was told immediately upon entering that they don't even allow service dogs inside anywhere. They only carry light beer for domestic and only carry premium that's not light and their prices are sky high just well shots are $10.00. Not a place to hang out if you're in a budget for sure the karaoke was decent but they use only Karafun which is a lazy and cheap way to run a show. Song selections and versions are very limited and many versions suck. If they matched their karaoke with their high end prices they'd have a decent hard drive with all the good versions and only use Karafun as a supplement for when they don't have a certain song. They also tell you drinks are a certain price but then charge sales taxes on top of the price they gave you as opposed to most bars that include the taxes in the price.

Is the owner here completely oblivious, absentee or don't give a f___? I don't know how this place stays in business. I've been here enough to see that the tempermental pouty face bartendars SUCK! IF they're not too busy flirting it's constant chit chat with each other completely ignoring the patrons. Very lazy and very unprofessional....it's been this way over the last several years. What are we still in COVID? What a joke...never again and personally I'm going on a campaign to let everyone and anyone know how bad this place is. It's too bad as a business owner and investor I can see the place has a good ambience but you're only as good as your people. I wonder if the owners/investors are aware. Try Danville or Walnut Creek. Better vibe more enthusiasm for your dollar!

Decent drinks. Exclusive to their own creation. I had the hurricane sour, strangle hold and mezcal pineapple. The hurricane by far the best. Overall nice bar with decent decor but the music is blaring way to loud. You have to scream to talk to the person next to you. This place is not a night club so it’s beyond me why they have the music so loud. Overall decent place.
