Hanovers Draught Haus

Mostly a decent live music bar. Kinda small inside with an expansive outdoor area out back. No table service to speak of, bartenders were handling everything. Did get food, but drinks were fine, but with a good wait time at the bar, wait for order taking, drink making, and paying. Just felt like if this place were packed, you might not be able to get served. Street parking only and it fills very fast.

Unfortunately their food trucks were closed the day I went, but I do recall them serving great food before. Bartenders were quick and hospitable. The environment was laid back and fun, it definitely helps when the weather is amazing outside.

I’m not rating any higher because the bartender saw me waiting and ignored me for a long time when he wasn’t helping anyone else. And I was the only person at the bar at that moment! I’ve never had such a low service in my life. It was a guy on the Brazilian Halloween party. For that alone I wouldn’t go back to this place unless a dear friend was celebrating something there. The place isn’t beautiful or Sophisticated neither. It’s more like a dive bar with live music type of place. It reminded me of the Sahara.

Fantastic experience with the sand volleyball community! Super friendly and welcoming vibes – perfect for beginners and experienced players alike. Great energy, fun games, and an awesome place to connect with people!

This is a great place to meet old friends or make new ones! Sand volleyball and a nice outdoor area to chill if the band inside is to loud. The beer is cold and the music is hot

Didn't eat, but the atmosphere was great. Cool, old school place both inside and outside. It was very busy, with 2 bands and a pub crawl going on in town, but the service remained excellent all night. Recommend

As a live music bar, Hanovers is a horrible disappointment. Inside, the music was so loud as to be painful. The sound tech had absolutely no idea what they were doing - eq was WAY off, the horns were being overdriven, the compressors were hamfisted, and the reverb was set so high that the lyrics were unintelligible. As a beer bar, Hanovers was equally disappointing - if you choose a german name, specialize in german or german-inspired beers. To the bar's credit, the beers were often texas-brewed and did include a couple german-inspired. No Schwartzes, no dunkels, no bocks. Seating indoors simply did not exist. A/C indoors could not keep up even with a small crowd. Seating outdoors was sparse and consisted primarily of extremely worn, splintering picnic benches. Very uncomfortable The smokehouse was closed - perhaps the food is their saving grace.

Great place to go, listen to some good music. Visit with others, watch a game when they're on yet full listen to bands playing. Order some great drinks. Bartenders are good and make some quenching drinks! We'll go back even if it's about an hour away!
