Went during lunch, relatively empty building but it still took 15 minutes for our waitress to come to our table, another 20m for the appetizer, another 20 for our order to be taken, 35 minutes for food and we didn't get a single drink refill the entire time. The focus on customer service is lacking for such a service oriented business. The food was average at best, might recommend going to a chili's as it's about on par, and cheaper than this place.

Music and atmosphere are great! Where ever you sit you are literally surrounded by TV screens. The wings were fresh and hot and very tasty. Thaiz was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! She is very knowledgeable of the menu to help make suggestions, continuously checked on me and was very friendly in a professional way. Next time I'm in Dallas I'm coming back.

We had a team lunch today at the NW highway location. Our waitress Stephanie ran her tail off, not just for our table, but for the entire building. They seemed to be short staffed and Stephanie was the only waitress. We really appreciated her ability to keep a smile on her face and assist us with whatever we needed even tho she had several tables to look after. As a previous server I can appreciate how much work that was, and give her 10 out of 10 stars! As for her manager on the other hand, he stood by and watched her run her butt off. There was no urgency on his part to assist when she asked for help, or take care of the customer. Definitely not the guy I would have in charge! That being said, food was great! Atmosphere was great! And the service (thanks to Stephanie) was top notch.

We were new at this place and since it has good reviews we decided to give it a try. At the entrance the hostess were rude. They were ignoring us and arguing to who should sit us. Then our server was outstanding and attentive. We sat at the patio and the atmosphere and music was great just lots of kids very loud playing soccer and running around the patio without control of their parents. The food was so delicious and the service was fast! I totally recommend this place!

Walked in and sort felt like What is this. Trying get the identity of what they are. We left saying wow what a great find.. will definately be back..

Went for an adult birthday party. Fun light food and a variety of specialty and traditional drinks. We had the Mexican candy drink that consisted of vodka and Tabasco sauce….which was a little too strong for me.
