Little Miss Whiskey's Golden Dollar

This place is so fun! Such a unique and cool vibe… kind of a hole in the wall but then you step in and it feels like a whole different world! Still a bar, but with some magic! There’s a cute little outdoor patio in the back too. The awesomeness is SO yummy and there’s something for everyone here.

Great beer selection and one of the best bar tenders who really knows his whiskey and beer. Nice little tiki style outdoor patio in the back and dance floor upstairs

I love this bar. I have had so many good nights here and have met so many strangers who became friends here. Anytime I have family or a friend in town and I want to go to a chill bar this is where I take them. I feel safe and welcome in this bar. Love the selection of beers and that they have a frozen alcoholic beverage available.

Mike’s got a real gem here. A huge Saints fan who opens up the upstairs for Louisiana transplants to enjoy the game together. Don’t come looking for the red zone channel… This is Saints territory. The downstairs bar has a great selection of local and craft beers as well as plenty of whiskey choices to warm you up on a cold DC evening. Step in and have a few in a local favorite.

Great atmosphere and excellent beer selection. Great 80s DJs on the last Wednesday of every month upstairs (Cure, Smiths, Cult, etc.)

Friendly respectful bartenders Safe but rowdy weekend with music spinning upstairs Week notes are more intimate but still energetic...always good music downstairs and up ... Down stairs is rock records of all genre on nice speakers upstairs rap and pop (only weekend) on pa Is usually get Pabst but I’ve seen whiskey enthusiast come in and enjoy a variety of flavors. Also lost my wallet there one night and no one even took it was on the floor next day with all items inside

This place was okay. They tried to go for a New Orleans feel, it kinda comes off as a cluttered, teenagers room who is not 50 and lives with his parents still. Nice folks that work there. No beers on tap only can and bottle which is fine leaves room to change out beers. They have a pretty nice selection still. If you plan to use your card know there's a $10 minimum or there's an ATM in the corner. Enjoy the vaulted ceiling in the bathroom. And there's stairs to go to the rooftop and I believe live music on Thursday nights. Fun place. But I don't see myself going back anytime soon. Edit: multiple people describe this as new Orleans feeling bar in previous comments and multiple people say cash only, and in any pictures I see....I see no 100+ selection of beers. Possibly the owner should post some pictures of their own so their customers don't have to be "clued in" after the fact. (: cheers!

Kind of dark and dive-y but if you’re into that vibe I’d say go for it. The cheapo whiskey flight is cool - The Awesomeness is dangerous. I like the patio. The dance floor was mad crowded, some girl was rubbing her butt on me, some other girl was begging my bf to dance with her but we successfully gave her our friend Mark instead. Now you know.
