Underwhelming bar...even though the drink list looks pretty good. Loud bar, somewhat divey. I was definitely served the wrong beer, although didn’t have time to question it because the bartenders are very inattentive. Had high hopes for this one because it looked cool from the outside, but they fell short. (Not going for lower than 3 stars because if you like the divey, loud scene, you may have a different opinion.)

Took my one-year-old to a happy hour with friends here. They told us we could sit on the patio but couldn’t come inside. When my wife came to meet us she went to wash the baby’s hands, and the bouncer was overtly rude to her, and told me “tell that lady she’s not allowed back inside.” If you’re going to allow families on the patio, you have to allow the children to go to the bathroom. Anyone who doesn’t understand this should not be working in hospitality. Either you’re family oriented or you’re not, and if you won’t allow a child to use the bathroom you should not be allowing them on the premises at all. Also, the beer is very underwhelming and not any better than what you could get across the street at Safeway. Calico down the block is a much better place. Edited in order to respond: Then why allow families on the patio? Your hard rule amounts to profiting from any families that attend gatherings there while depriving children of the basic services they need. Very weird choice.

Great vibe, nice and dark and smells and feels like Pirates of the Caribbean

Had really great music playing on a Thursday evening, good drinks, and allowed us to order pizza!

My friends and I call this bar our "Winchester," because we spend so much time there. Good beer selection and good cocktails. Great patio space in the back. They don't have a kitchen but they allow outside food. Friendly, no-frills, great vibe. I love this bar.

I was there for professional reasons, but looks like the perfect place for an after work drink or a break from the convention center. Can't wait to go there in the future.

Decently priced drinks but we went on a Tuesday night, empty bar (maybe another customers) and the bouncer asked our group (of 6 customers, good tippers, buying drinks, all with PhDs where half of us were gay men) to be quiet… it made everyone uncomfortable and we left shortly after. They also turned on the lights at 1:30 for last call. ‍♂️

Lovely and spacious, not too loud so ideal for chatting with friends; frozen Paloma is quite nice
