Awful! Not only was the service beyond rude and unprofessional, the food was worse! Our server was non-existent and rude. We had 1 water and 1 beer because she never asked if we wanted more or refills. We ordered the chicken and waffles and pigskin fries. Our waffle came out still raw and although we had to search for our server to get a replacement one. It never came, never. After searching for her and asking MULTIPLE times for a new waffle we finally left after 45 minutes. We had to search for our server for our check. The fries were just as bad, either they have very old oil or they left the fries in the oil so long they were burnt. I attached pictures of the raw waffle and burnt fries. This place was only half full when we arrived, so busy isn't an excuse. If you are desperate for food and this is the last place open. I do recommend the cheese curds but they over cooked ours and half the cheese was missing, but the large ones were still good. If I could give O stars, I would.

Used to like this place, but my friend ordered a beer at the bar and sat with us at a booth. He paid for his beer before he left but the rude waitress made me pay a second time for it. Super unprofessional and awful experience. She could have easily asked if his beer was paid for. But instead she got a manager to come over who told me I couldn’t leave if I didn’t pay for his beer (a second time, mind you). I will never be back, I will recommend no one go in there, and I hope they don’t do that to other people. If I ever get my $5 back and an apology I’ll consider returning but otherwise they are not a place I’ll ever take seriously again. Do not like this place, 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Best burgers in stark county period! They serve your dad's beer as well as craft beer. Where can you go and get Schlitz, Genny Cream and PBR on draft, to name a few. Live Music and great atmosphere.

Great local bar in downtown Canton! Burger Wednesday is a must if you want to opportunity to eat great burgers at a fantastic price. Bartender were extremely welcoming and attentive. The bar itself was clean, atmospheric and easy to locate. Will absolutely be back to try other daily specials and check out their live music night!

Wednesday Burger Night is the place to be. Rolling Rock, Shot of Jack and a Burger of the month hit the spot. George's is 2nd to none in having a good dive to get food and enjoy the atmosphere. Burger of the Month is also a favorite tradition of mine. Best burgers in Canton!!!

Canton's classic long established dive. The food is amazing, the live entertainment wonderful and varied. The owner/manager presence on site is Non-existant. Tenders are a pleasant ecclectic mix of alt styles but their gregariousness and service quality is hit or miss. Try the food challenge! It is doable! I have successfully completed it 3 of the 7 times attempted. I am still owed a Gold T shirt (and they refuse to post your pic on the wall of fame more than once) Everything is fried in lard (delicious!!) Give the sea salt Kale Chips a try. You won't regret it. The average of my stars whittled to a 2. If it were a flat single rating I would rate 4*

Used to LOVE George's until about 3 years ago...have given it a GOOD several tries and each time it's more disappointing. Been there with just two of us, four, and six tonight. Same server each time - NOT a personality for a server. Food was cold to luke warm tonight, and the last time too...the highlight is seeing my father in law in the pictures because "original" George walked my ma in law down the isle...won't be back again, sadly...a 60 year era to end

I have to tell you... we love Thursdays because of George's Lounge. The wife and I come in. Sit down with a nice dark beer and split a large order of George's Poutine with roast beef. Hands down the BEST place we've found for poutine outside of Ontario! TBH we usually eat a full time low carb diet EXCEPT for the occasional cheat day for THIS poutine! Served Thursdays only so plan ahead! If you happen to see us here sometime, please stop and tell me you tried it because of me! LOL (Today we paired it with Duck Rabbit Brown Ale. Pretty decent. )
