Stopped in after being on the boat all day. Such a cool, fun vibe. There is a long list of fun drinks to try. The bartenders were great and knowledgeable.

I have been excited to come to TU for over a year. I found out a new friend lived in the same town as a prime tiki spot and the plan to come here was forged last summer. I flew in from California and my other best friend drove in from Pittsburgh, finally the night had come! I’m not sure if the vibe was just off or if TU is missing the mark. The seating was literally painful if you have larger hips. The manager explained that the old seating was stolen in a reupholster mishap, and this is what they came up with. So, we moved to the corner seating for a larger group which meant if a larger group had come in, we’d more then likely get booted from the spot. We tried to outdoor area, but everyone just kind stared at you when you walked out back. We came back inside and ordered 3 food plates, Rangoon’s, Cauliflower, and tiki fries. None of it wowed my group and we left. We bought 3 glasses and some dog toys and treats to support an event they were having, but I feel like without that event, it would have been a complete failure. Also, * Normally* when a tiki place has souvenirs for sale, someone typically mentions the ability to buy the souvenirs. I know they had mugs for sale, and I typically pick one up, but no one offered. The last thing I did was explain to the waitress that I travel to tiki bars all over the nation and I was hoping for a TU swizzle stick that wasn’t the TWA style, she said they didn’t have any and that was that.

Small and cozy tiki bar. All the classics plus their own. And a bunch of grub but we didnt eat on this run. I like the walls that look like a volcanic cave. Good stuff! I'll return.

Service is less than desirable. We went with some friends, excited to experience for the first time and it took FOREVER for anyone to even greet us sitting at the bar. That’s unacceptable. Once we finally got a drink, and finished it, we were interested in another but were completely ignored by bar staff while other people (both newer customers and customers that had been sitting with multiple drinks) were talked to and served. We will never be back and will pass on the disrespectful trash experience inside of what should be a very fun place to spend time and money.

We try to visit tiki places wherever we go, and we were in Cleveland for the WNCAA Final Four. So, we took a drive to Cuyahoga. Atmosphere was fantastic, they did a great job with the portholes and arrangement! The mugs and glasses were great as well; real ceramic and looks like they may be a bit more hand made. Place was slammed but the crew did probably the best they could. The owner saw how slammed they were and was walking around clearing tables, taking on waiter duties etc. So, service was great IMO. Drinks were pretty good too. I was the DD so I mostly had mocktails and their orgeat fizz is something else. Only real complaint is that parking was a bit tight, but it's in a downtown walkable area so not sure where they could get more space. It's possible non-customers were using the parking lot. The building has a decent facade and the crashed airplane is a nice touch, apparently it came from an junkyard in Southern Ohio. Would recommend to anyone!

First time at Tiki Underground, drinks were great and the food was especially fantastic. Chef Justin's "One Bite Kitchen" is killing it, the food is the best around and well worth the money! If you haven't been here yet then it's a must stop

A neat bar with indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor patio had plenty of seating when I went. There is a bar for those sitting outside and a limited food menu. We tried the shrimp tacos, enchiladas, tempura cauliflower wings and tiki fries. All of which were delicious, however, kinda pricey for the portions.

I went to the tiki bar for my first time. I really enjoyed my experience, especially the bartenders working that night Ryan and Rachel! They are so much fun, Full of energy, positive, funny, Dressed well, and determined to make the best out of every customer experience there! Rachel and Ryan are 10 out of 10! I liked the way the place was decorated, very theme oriented, it’s small but quaint. If you arrive during a busier time, finding a seat will be an issue. The drinks were really good (Thanks to Ryan and Rachel) The food was pretty good, a 4 out of 5. I enjoyed my time there and would def go back!
