The Local Bar North Olmsted

Ok. I stopped in again, expecting the worst. Boy, was I wrong. Cat took excellent care of us. We were served a beer right away. Nice and cold. We ordered our food, and we were served right away. It was delicious. The Lorain burger was a phenomenon. Delicious. The green beans were cooked just right. The wings are huge. I'm glad to see an establishment turn around and make things right. I will be back soon.

Had so much fun last night. Staff was amazing, fast, and awesome to talk with. Pretzel sticks were fng amazing and same with the potato skins. Will definitely be back.

Friendly and attentive bartenders. Excellent food with lots of menu items to choose from. HUGE bar plus plenty of high-top bar area seating. Additional seating/party area with dart boards & pool tables. Live music on the weekends, plus events during the week (karaoke, trivia, etc.) Visited here when it was called Two Bucks (different owner) and loved it. Now that it's changed hands to a new owner it's called The Local Bar, and it is just as great!

I just ordered their plain run-of-the-mill burger. Literally one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life. I mean top 3 and the crazy thing is, the other two were well decorated burgers. This burger, I put NOTHING on it and it was cooked to perfection, everything from the bun to the onions were fresh as could be. Blew my mind how good their plain cheeseburger was.

I love the two bucks in North Olmsted. If you’re ever looking for a place with a DJ, a pool joint, a bar, and a restaurant in one, then this is the place! They have amazing cauliflower crust gluten free pizzas and their apps are pretty good as well. I love their onion straws and tater tots.

We actually went in to dine this evening and our toddler wasn't having it. We ended up having to get our food to go and they were very understanding and accommodating. We loved the burgers we ordered and the prices are very reasonable!

I absolutely love it up there!!! I go out once or twice a week. Just to get out of the house. Love the bartenders!!! Never have to ask for my next round. The food is delicious!!! The new live music is great!!! Come a long way since Slam Jams!!! Definitely gonna keep going back...

Great place. Went for bachelorette party and to see Old Skool. Was a fun time and server was awesome! She was so attentive and helpful. Dance floor is small but had a great time. Would go back again!
