The bartender is amazing I totally found my new spot I can’t wait to come back try the lamb. The vibe is everything.

My husband and I are in the area as we evacuated NC from the hurricane. This is, without a doubt, the BEST bar I’ve ever set foot in. We’ve worked in the service industry for 15+ years, and I’ve never seen a bar or kitchen as clean and well managed and cared for like 808. When we’re in the area again, we will absolutely be back! The owners are the nicest people, the bartender was friendly and welcoming. Don’t waste your time or your money anywhere else in the area. 10/10!

We were visiting Columbus and went to 808 Sports Grill & Lounge. We were charged $10 at the door due to them having a live band which was fine but as soon as we walked in after paying the band was packing up to leave. Did not get money back because we didn't get a chance to hear the live band. Then we were informed that the kitchen was still opened so we headed to the bar to order and was informed the kitchen was closed. So we wanted to order a drink and was totally ignored by the bartenders. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the atmosphere was nice and the DJ was playing some decent music. I will not return to this place on our next visit to Columbus

For my first time at this spot, after recently buying a house in the area , it was terrible. got off of work and wanted food, so this lounge being close to our home, we wanted to try it, so anyways: we Got to the door and asked if they were serving food, the lady said yes, but it’ll be $10.. so we got into the lounge and to my surprise the ambience was Nice 10/10, after standing at the bar, the bartenders totally ignored us then came over.. we got two drink an placed an order of wings and fries, however, the food was checked on several times after waiting over an hour, The first time we checked the bartender who appeared intoxicated told us it’s just about done, so we got another drink, now it’s been well over an hr (1hr 30mins) so we went the second time to check with the bartender, now this time.. she totally forgot.. and then said we didn’t make any payment on food, so we then handed her our receipt, showing her the amount of monies spent, so the manager comes out to assist the issue and to my surprise it wasn’t handled professionally because he then handed us a plate and the bartender snatch it back saying : “ that’s someone’s order” so Yes at this point I was disturbed and confused.. and this took a turn for the worse .. because ain’t no way the bartender took our funds for our drinks and food,was tipped upon that.. also went back for another round of drink, only to have to deal with this nonsense….at this point I was Extremely upset.. the manager did offer to make our food, after reviewing the receipt, but at this point we were just about ready to walk out, so we told him “ no thanks, keep it, it’s okay… because forget the food the service SUCKS! U guys gone need those Pennies at this point cus with service like that.. smh I’ll NEVER STEP FOOT IN this place again.. especially if that drunken bartender ls still there…

So me and my family came to Columbus for the weekend. We went to the fair on August 3rd 2024. We wanted to explore Columbus night life and get some food. By the time we got dressed it was like 11:30 11:45. We searching for a place that is serving food and music. We find this place ‍♀️ . Once we get there the security guard is mean and rude to us. Mugging us like he knew us...mind you we came from Cleveland! Get in the door the guy with dreads says it a $10 fee because it's a live band playing. I asked him was food being served he says "You better hurry up"...My aunt and cousin tried to order food but was told cooking stops at 12:30. So no food, they didn't get service at the bar. So no drink. The band was leaving. So no band. All of that could have been avoided from jump. Why have us pay for a band that's not playing, no food was being cooked and we couldn't get any drinks. This was unbelievable and quite honest uncomfortable. Very unfortunate the bar was cute in the inside though ...and we were over dressed ‍♀️

Heeey Y'all.. We're here at the beautifully decorated 808 Sports bar with over 15 TV's for your viewing pleasure..Enjoying their Taco Tuesday night and its the verrry gooood.. 3 great choices..Beef, Chicken & Shrimp plus a full menu to include Lamb Chops, Ribs, Turkey Ribs,, Salmon, Fish and of course Chicken Wings & more.. Awesome Happy Hour prices till 8:30 pm.. Great service & music plus Live Bands some Sat. Nights ..Stop by and check them out..

Everything was cool until I had to wait an hour for my chicken. Ordered a 20 piece w fries,and a turkey burger I got 6/20 wings. Went back in to try to correct it, and a misogynist wanted to get aggressive with me. HORRIBLE experience!!

We came on a kerokee night, I got my sing on , the host can sing really good , I had a time , it's such a nice environment
