They hosted 15-20 of us from a Library conference for karaoke. The service and atmosphere was AWESOME, very cool Indy dive bar. I told them we were coming, they reserved us seats without me even asking. Drinks were good, cold, and cheap, and the restrooms were very clean. Karaoke was BANGIN, the KJ even accompanied on his sax for a few songs. Highly recommend stopping by this awesome bar if you’re in Indy.

Cupcake is just the best. Was here for Valentines dinner pre game and ended up coming back after dinner for more drinks - our bartender Cupcake prepared special Jell-O shots too

I am the traveler. I don’t know where to start. So I drove past the colonial inn several time while working Indianapolis. And decided to check out there reviews. I know not everyone is going to be happy, but with many good reviews and a response from the new owner Dane with true sovereignty and concern for those who weren’t satisfied. So I stopped by on a Wednesday and absolutely enjoyed everything about this place. I seen some amazing burgers and awesome wings come out of the kitchen, by the way short handed the owner Dane was cooking. I was in the mood for a simple burger and got the Fresco Inn. Just 1/2# patty American and Swiss cheese 1000 island dressing on Texas toast amazing fries hot and crispy. Dane has been remodelling and the place looks great. The staff and customers are awesome and friendly to new comers. DJ Gina or Monday and Wednesday is great. Covered outside patio for smoking eating, & drinking. Specials every day. Highly recommend stopping by and giving them the opportunity to serve you.

My business hosts weekly paint and sip events at Colonial Tavern. The owners are so amazing to work with and we almost always sell out our classes b/c the atmosphere is perfect for our events. They put a lot of work into the place to remodel and it's super nice.

So its Tuesday in on business started at the Thompson House they close at 11:00 p.m. definitely not what it said on Google came here and it was a really upbeat place they have Coke karaoke and pizza they had a fire not too long ago so all they have is pizza and a couple of other things so no sandwiches right now really cool place Side note they just do pizza and garlic knots now the two owners where here running around taking care of everyone great local stop I will have to say you should try Got a small pizza great pizza

This is my normal Sunday Monday night karaoke bar, and the service has always been impeccable. The food has always been very good. The DJ has always been nice but tonight DJ apparently had issues with the only black person in the bar first he said to me to not touch the microphone because it’s broken and has a short, a few minutes later, I see a white guy handling the microphone before I perform, and I asked didn’t you say the microphone was broken and he explained oh yeah, that guy used to work here. He knows how to hold the microphone after my performance I sat quietly and watched my name goes from next in line Over and over again as he pushed everyone in front of me until I went and asked him why is this happening?. to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. If it wasn’t for the fact that they are so dead on Sunday and Mondays, I wouldn’t go. After experiencing what I experienced this evening..

The place is cool and I love the karaoke but I wouldn’t trust them with your debit or credit card. Just pay cash because they charged my tab and a random person tab (which wasn’t a small amount) and my money has been locked for 4 days! I’ve also had other issues paying with card so they lost my trust when it comes to this.

Good vibes here, and the kareoke singer that I know of Lights the bar up with her voice! Seriously I just go for her.. look out for her if you go, she goes by three name " KristiAnna". The kitchen is open all the way till 15 min. To close, (2:45am) and the crowd is diverse. I enjoy it a lot with great company.
