Stopped in here on a random Saturday at noon. It was the only Bar Open that we saw in Downtown Rochester. We were greeted by staff before we even sat down. We were able to order our drinks and food in less than five minutes they instantly made it for us. Food was excellent. Drinks were excellent. Staff Excellent. Even the patrons were friendly and outgoing. I will be adding this on my local mom and pop bars to stop in when I drive through. Smoking bar fyi. 5 star experience. 3 drinks a piece with two entrees with upgraded sides. Bill was 35 dollars before tip.

I had a few drinks here!! The atmosphere was super chill and nice. I’m only giving it a four star review do to the fact I didn’t eat any food. The bartender was very good at her job. Friendly and fast! It was clean and safe! The people that were there seemed very comfortable and enjoying themselves! Definitely going back!

It's difficult to rate atmosphere. It depends on what you like. Its a small bar. Not fancy. The chairs and tables are far from new. But I liked the place. It was clean. People were friendly. Bartender was great. They serve food but it was a very limited menu. Typical bar food. But we got our food quickly.

Late night fun here. Love Moan, and the staff. This is you old school small town bar, so building is older but fun as hell inside

When I first got there I was mad about how long I had to wait before I got service and I was ready to leave but then I decided to stay and ordered a Burger and it was definitely worth the wait that burger was so good the best one in Rochester hands down
