Service was great! Appetizers were good. Food was not seasoned and cooked to long!

Everything seem to be ok. Our waitress was friendly. Place wasn't very busy. And our food came pretty quick. About 10 mins into our meal we see a MOUSE Run across the dining room. I questioned myself and other with me. Did ya'll just see what I think I saw??? About 1 minute later another mouse followed by a third run by the tables against the wall and over to the bar area. Like WTH!!! So that was it for us. I just couldn't take a bite of my food. These MICE are pretty comfortable roaming the restaurant if they are coming out and running around while there are people there. I wish I saw the post about the mice beforehand. It seems to be an ongoing problem there that still hasn't been fix.

Food was okay. Came out below warm temp. Nachos definitely sat for atleast 5 minutes before brought out. Bartenders and Manger were extremely attentive and very nice. Definitely would come back! Just hope the food is a little better next time!

Had a not so great experience here with a large group. Not only was the food just ok, the portions were all off (which was very evident because 3 of us got the same thing). The service while friendly was completely lacking all around (food came out all at different times, took forever in general, had to come to the table for each credit card separately). We we here for 2 1/2 hours which is just crazy for a group of 9 people. Another huge dislike was the fact that there was a group of 30 (not exaggerating) people smoking right in front front of the entrance/main door which is super trashy. Will not be coming back here again.

First time going over there . The place look really nice and clean great customer service . The appetizer was amazing my kids and my husband love the food.

Can't say enough about how good Jake n Joe's truly is. Service is amazing, food is fantastic, beer is always cold and for a traveler who just wants to sit down and watch the Sox they always deliver!! Fried dumplings, margarita Flatbread, fish and chips, and several cocktails and beers later ....I'm a happy man... can't wait to return!

Good spot to watch the game, solid food and good outdoor seating area. This will be a great spot for some outdoor beers during COVID times even through the winter as it looks like they have propane heaters scattered around. There is apparently 5 locations around eastern MA, good neighborhood spot for sure!
