Impulse Lounge and Karaoke

The food was not what I was expecting at all. It was really good. I got the jerk pasta and it was some of the most flavorful pasta I've had in a minute. And I got so much for only $12! The wings were super crispy and sauced well! I'd for sure go here for dinner or lunch. Music choice was meh tho and I'd skip the chocolate cake.

Great place for a karaoke birthday party or simply friends getting together. Hookah, Food and drinks were flowing and great unfortunately didn’t get too many pictures as I was handling the music. After years of being such a such a great and busy place it is a bit annoying that we rely on YouTube to have the songs played in for the karaoke. I don’t know I just expected some sort of better system with less buffering by now, an easier way to have things flow so that you can queue up next person instead of searching in that way. Also, not a fan of my card being held all night, different process but understandable as people may dine and dash. Just my thoughts.

Me and my husband have been here MANY times & it is a hidden gem! The prices are reasonable . They have a variety of drinks. Staff is friendly. My new favorite Mango Mexican Candy Shots were soo good! Impulse never misses. I love that it is close to home . Security does scan ID at entrance. The wings and fries are always good . The music and vibes are always great. Saturday nights are the best. Highly recommend!

Very nice place. First time went for a birthday gathering. The waitresses was very attentive and nice consistently checking in on the room. The hookahs are very reasonable. I will def be back for my birthday.

I once had an issue of not being attended to by the waitresses for over 20 minutes. On my second visit, I expressed my concerns to the manager on duty, an Asian gentleman, and was thoroughly impressed by his outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service. He greeted me warmly, ensured I was promptly attended to, and even instructed the waitress to give me a larger drink than I ordered. Though the extra drink was not necessary, his ability to connect with customers on a personal level is truly commendable. He took the time to engage with me, asking about my preferences and making personalized recommendations that enhanced my experience. Customer service at this Lounge is clearly a top priority under this manager's leadership. He handled my inquiry with grace and efficiency, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It's evident that he values customers and strives to make every visit enjoyable.

Our dedicated server was a standout, always at the ready to fulfill our needs without constant beckoning—indeed a rare treat. The venue's technology didn't miss a beat, providing two microphones and an exhaustive song selection that never left us wanting. As for the food, the 6-wing meal seasoned with honey lemon pepper was nothing short of scrumptious. The Golden Samurai cocktail I sipped on was artfully mixed and just the right companion for my flavorful dish. The one caveat to note is the choice to charge for bottled water—a small inconvenience, especially for those who prefer their water sans a price tag. The bottled water was available in regular or premium varieties for those with a preference. Though my group did not indulge in the hookah, the variety of flavors was impressive, and by the night's end, it was clear that many others had enjoyed the selection, evident by the cloud of aromatic smoke wafting through the main entrance as we said our farewells. I came here for the happy hour Taco Tuesday where they have $2 tacos, $5 drinks & $8 Fajitas. They have a bunch of karaoke rooms! Good hookah & a dance floor! The tacos were a good hand size & the fajitas coming out on a sizzling skillet was fckn A for amazing! It's definitely a good vibe for yourself & a group.
