Raceway Bar and Grill

First time visit. Funky place. We went on Wednesday night and it was pretty busy. Pizza and wings were very good. Bartender who waited on us was very good and even though he was busy kept an eye on things. Never had to ask for another drink. I’ll go back. We’d like to see what it’s like on a weekend. Luckily we’re only about 6 miles away so it wasn’t a hassle getting there.

Overbearingly hot, had a few portable fans, but they barely helped. Patrons were fanning themaelves with menus. Waitress was efficient but not super friendly, and seemed annoyed to be there. Maybe she was hot too. Interesting atmosphere and decor, food was average. Price (as is pretty standard now) was way above the value of the food and experience. Not sure I'll return; I do hear breakfast is good.

We like to eat and play classic rock music with the TouchTunes app- an app they have at their bar. My husband and I played some classic rock music on a busy night and the bartender skipped all our songs. Apparently it was country pop night because that’s all the venue would allow to play. It made us feel completely unwelcome since some patrons were pointing at us and talking to the bartender and our songs would be instantly skipped. I guess we didn’t realize it was a bar for only family and friends to enjoy. You got your wish, we won’t be back. Sucks because we liked the food and would usually drop over $100 for just the two of us. Shrug. The time before that, a male bartender with a beard acted annoyed that we sat in his section and he had to serve us. He would walk by and drop the food off and walk off, not speaking a word. It made us not want to ask for more drinks or ranch because his heavy sighing made us feel like we were putting him out. I’d love a pizza from there but I’m not going through that again.

We love this place! The food is delicious! The service is great! And I love I can bring my two little kids here and they get to play. This isn’t fast food so if you’re looking for fast food then go somewhere else. They take time on cooking your food as most things are made in house or from scratch so don’t complain about waiting for your food. I rather wait for delicious food from scratch than frozen processed food! We really enjoy coming here.

Went with neighbors had a great time. Thin crust pizza was really good. Would go back, even offers outside dining.

What a great find! Excellent food- friendly, accomodating & hard-working owners. Decor is funky and quaint- I loved all of the collectibles. Highly recommend the meatball sandwich (homemade meatballs and sauce!!) & this place in general!

I liked this place but it’s almost hidden you’d never know there was a restaurant next to the stores near buy. Also prices are just a little higher than I’d like

Our server was Michael. He deserves 10 stars. Very personable and kept a close eye on our every need. We have dined here several times and have never been disappointed. Take a drive out and see for yourselves. Great food in a fun atmosphere!
