My wife and I have been coming here for several years and I have no idea why I haven’t submitted a review! So here goes. The cocktails from the bar are delicious and generous. The food is SO good! The nachos (half order is plenty for us), the chili cheese fries (photo) are my favorite, the quesadillas are fantastic and the salsa is house made. Their wings are marvelous and so many sauces (get them tossed and grilled for a little char on the sauce). Burgers are so tasty (my wife loves their pattie melt - pictured). Karaoke is first rate here with a solid KJ and a booming sound system. Always clean and neat because its owner operated by a fine lady from Idaho. Go, you’ll thank me!

This place is so fun! I recently went for my cousin's bachelorette party to do karaoke night and ended up chatting with the owner for a bit! She is super nice and works really hard. Place is clean, vibes are good! I will be back.

4.8 star.... one best bar/restaurant I have been to! This place was awesome! Food was good. Could use little more seasoning missed the Sault on the fries and garlic parm wings but all in all awesome. Patty melt was killer fries were soggy but hard crisp fresh cut unless double fry. Service! They got that down I'm horrible with names want say sandy she's all over the walls lil she kicked a... butt 100% check them out yall.

Came In For A Late Lunch. Bartender Lola Was Quite Attentive And Friendly. Ordered Their Half Dozen Wings With Honey Mild Sauce & It Was Delicious! With Michelob Ultra With Lime. So deliciously Chilled. Food Just Right!

Felt like i was in an episode of “Kitchen Nightmares”. Grumpy owner, bad food, bad service. You see, getting bad food isn’t the end of the world. But this was my first time being in a place where you feel actively unwelcome within the first few minutes. Maybe she’s racist, maybe she’s just plain grumpy. I don’t know. I recommend that the owner go to any normal restaurant one night for dinner to see what a restaurant service/food is supposed to be like. Edit: Racist owner

Food is average bar food but tasty. I have waited 4 hours to get my check last time I was there. I was there from 6pm to 10pm. Regulars are friendly and bathroom is always clean. Karaoke is top notch. Atmosphere makes me feel like I'm back in Idaho..

It was an okay experience. Overall atmosphere was good, plenty of TV’s. Bartender had some serious attitude. Wings and frys meal, she asked for the sauce of wings, but didn’t ask what type of fries or anything else. Besides dropping off the bill, pretty sure she didn’t check on us once. Overall good food, good location, good entertainment, horrible service. This happened on December 13th arrived at 1:30pm and left at 3:53pm.

I’ll start off by saying I’ve never gone to Sawtooth for the hospitality or customer service. They are not very welcoming, nor do they go above and beyond to serve you. After speaking to the owner a few times, it makes perfect sense. She’s quite angry and unpleasant, and that is the environment she promotes. Every time we’ve gone in, my wife and I say we’re never going back, however, there is one item on the menu that we crave from time to time. Sunday we had that craving, unfortunately the kitchens execution was lacking. Most of our food came out burned and over fried. After mentioning that the food looked burned the server told us that’s just the look the batter takes on after being fried, since there is sugar in the breading. Seems reasonable and makes sense, but they were in fact burnt. Like I said we have ordered these many times and these were pretty much inedible. My sisters boneless wings were also burnt and they do not have that breading on them. After mentioning it to the server again, she went and talked to the owner. She came back to tell us that Shelly would not do anything for us, because that’s just how they are. Again…I’ve had these many times, and it’s not how they are. If Shelly would have made any effort to come over to the table and acknowledge us, she may have thought differently. Instead she sent her poor server back to deliver the news. I didn’t want anything for free, but maybe some more food that was properly cooked. No initiative to remedy the situation was taken, and we left hungry. My expectations were not set very high, but damn, Shelly really drops the ball in every aspect of restaurant service.
